The Location was perfect. We were able to watch activities in the plaza from our bedroom window. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety from eggs and bacon to fruit, pastries, and coffee. The water pressure was phenomenal. We had a rainy day. One of the waiters encouraged me to take his raincoat or walking around to the nearby shops. All of the employees were fantastic. Parking was available in a gated garage nearby, but we were allowed to pull up to the front of the hotel to load and unload our bags.

The smoke from the adjoining restaurant was in the stairwell. It was not a problem in our room.

The genuine friendliness of the warm hearted people working there. Frederick, Alida and Adam was so very kind to us. Our room had the most beautiful view of the lake and the prominade. A musician was singing and it was just magical watching all the boats coming and going and the people just watching the swans and ducks. You can drive your car (slowly) into the promidae to drop your bags and then take your car to the parking not far away. They have a lift (working) for heavy big suitcases. The location cant be better your are right in the centre of everyting. Walking distance. Take the boat and visit other towns, its pretty good. We should have stayed for 3/4nights because i fell in love with this beautiful town. So romantic and full of character The breakfast was superbly fresh and we had dinner which was very very good. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Riva. Thank you so much

Hotel located in the main square in Riva, with windows on Garda Lake, from where you can rent a bike, take ferry, or just spend time in one of the restaurants. 10min by walk to the 1st beach. The room was clean and nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking place was 5min from the hotel for 10e per day. Hotel offered good breakfast (eggs, bacon, homemade cakes, fruits, jogurt) with great coffee. Could have more vegetables, but that's Italy.

Everything as expected, but just to be aware that hotel is on the main square so it is louder in the evening.

It has a beautiful view of the Riva del Garda harbor, nice furniture and old pictures in the living area. It is large (around 160sqm probably) with several bedrooms rooms.

This is actually a large penthouse apartment that seems to have been used for private living before its current use as a hotel suite. The penthouse is not adapted ideally for hotel guests and leaves a feeling that one is staying at someone's vacated home (which is not too bad, but not what one expects when booking a hotel room ). There are certain maintenance repairs that can be taken care of - air condition in all bedrooms, lighting, wall electrical outlets, cushions on the rooftop garden sofas and chairs, etc.) Price was on the higher side of the scale.

You cannot beat this location for a stay in the heart of Riva del Garda. Our room was quiet, air conditioned and clean. We were on the side away from the harbor and square.

There are only two very small gripes about the room - there is no room for your toiletries in the bathroom. Some shelves by the sink would have been nice to have. The lights in the bathroom are very bright so if one uses the bathroom at night and does not remember to only use the sink light, the whole room is lit up, waking sleeping people up. This is minor as there is a possibility to only use the sink light.

Fantastic location, very friendly helpful staff and great views from the room.

Access to wifi is lacking

It’s on restricted access pedestrian area and booking.com advised to contact them in advance but we didn’t pick up on this as it is in the middle of the usual blurb - (our fault for being blase! )and gps took us to back of hotel(hopefully no fine 😢) - I would advise booking.com to highlight this bit

The view from our family room was amazing! We had a balcony which was lovely of an evening. Didn’t find street noise that previous guests mentioned a problem at all. Didn’t hear any other guests. Nice breakfast with lots of choice including freshly made coffees. Daily maid service and room clean. Lovely meal in the restaurant and served fairly quickly.

Air Con was a little weak but not too much of a problem. Just kept curtains closed during the day while we were out and opened balcony doors for fresh air.

Amazing location with beautiful view for the Lake Garda and streets of Riva del Garda. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and large bathroom. I have enjoyed sitting on a balcony at night and look at the view and listen the noise of the Italian city. Staff was very pleasant and kind. We had a great breakfast and lovely coffee :) We also had a car park space included in our booking, despite it was away - as hotel is located in central of the city, and we had to walk few minutes to get there, with a special document from hotel we could get close to unloaded the car.

I could not find anything that wasn't right . Hotel centrale - you did it right! Thank you for lovely hospitality.

- beautiful location - Every day cleaned and towels changed (cleaning lady after the first night noticed that we used one spare comforter (in Italy you sleep under the very cover of the comforter) she brought us another comforter and coated it . - In the restaurant Mr. waiter after the first day remembered that I drink cappuccino on milk without lactose and husband americano . As soon as he saw us in the morning we immediately had our coffees at the table - There is a general coffee machine at breakfast but you can easily order delicious coffee from the bar at the waiter for free . - quite large renovated rooms - mini fridge in the room

- Wifi only in designated areas - on breakfasts no vegetables :( there were only tomatoes - breakfasts the same every day - in the room could be a kettle for tea or coffee . - In the hotel it is possible to make a discount card Trentino Guest Card for regional public transport (it will be free ) or entrance to some attractions like the tower next to the square or waterfalls nearby . Making this card is free of charge. It would be great to get this information right away when you block the hotel , we found out about this option from the Internet after visiting a few attractions already .
