Location is excellent, close to everything. Overall nice basic apartment. The apartment is above a restaurant but they close at 23:00 and there is no noise at night. There were many windows (that can open) in the apartment which is very nice. There was a shower kit (soap etc) and a free bottle of water and wine.

The pillows were very thin and there were no more pillows in the room. There was no place to hang towels in the shower, and the shower itself is pretty small. It also could be nice to get some basics in the kitchen - there was no sugar, tea and coffee even though there was a kettle.

+ Good location : close proximity to lots of good rated restaurants! Walking distance from Ferry Terminal and Bastione. (20min walk to Pini Beach). Casa Alpino has internal restaurant as well. + Cleanliness and many windows for air ventilation + Facilities : washing machine, clothes drying rack, shower with good water heater, fridge, plenty of space in apartment, good strong hair dryer + Staff : Leonardo was very helpful and polite for questions of places around Riva Del Garda. There was a bottle of drink when entering the apartment. (All review photos are at 0.5x camera lens)

Casa Alpino could improve : - Small tight shower, no ledge for toiletries - kettle had accumulated mineral deposits from water Not related to Casa Alpino but elderly travelers might want to consider : - no lift to assist with luggage up stairs - local bell chimes hourly from 07:00 - 20:00, sound bounces relatively loud within the neighborhood

The location is perfect, the flat had a nice balcony. Serge is always there to help, and it’s really friendly.

All was actually fine, hmmm probably that the parking is so far away, makes it not perfect, but that is because the place is in the middle of the main city part

Excellent location in Riva del Garda, it is the second time we have stayed in the same apartment. Functional, practical, with washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. You can do anything by walking in Riva del Garda and get quickly to the bike / hiking tracks or to sail on the lake.

One room is a bit small; and would prefer proper quilts. I do not like that you cannot hang the hangers easily outside of the cabinets.

Excellent location in Riva del Garda, in the city center, everything is accessible by walking. We loved it. Tasty ice cream shop very close by. Clean and neat apartment, well equipped and with very nice, helpful landlord and renting agency. Excellent hiking tracks close by. We came in March, so no experience with beach and swimming.

The only challenge is the parking and limited access to the apartment by car, but this is same for all apartments in the old pedestrian area.

Nice location, near the management office for easy check-in. In the heart of the town and Close to good restaurants, cafes, bakeries… free parking near by and a quick walk to the ferry. One of the nicest towns on the lake.

Apartment lacked a coffee machine- but there was a good cafe around the corner

Great location, a few blocks away from the waterfront. Quiet street surrounded by quaint buildings. Loved the balcony. Great to have laundry machine in the unit.

All in all, things were fairly good. However since there is a a section here for improvements....Very small shower. Bright street lights made the unit bright when trying to sleep. Darker curtains in the bedroom would help. No place to leave luggage when the office is closed in the afternoons prior to check in.

The apartment is in excellent location, just in the heart of old part of Riva del Garda. Romantic balcony, comfortable beds, lift. It was easy to get the key from the office and to find the apartment by provided instructions. The nearest supermarket was two min on foot. It' possible to find the parking not far from the house (free or for payment). The only disturbing thing was - noise from the restaurant below in the evening and the noise of garbage removing in the morning.

Sergio was very helpful, he was quick to help us when we called and even offered to lend us his bikes when we couldn't find any to rent from bike rental shops! The apartment was spotless and everything I needed was provided, I had enough cutlery for my family of 4 and even the children enjoyed the stay. He gave reccomendations and also linked us up with transport from Milan airport to the apartment. Overall it was an amazing experience and I hope to stay there if I visit again!

Nothing to dislike!

First of all, the location is excellent, close to the lake and in the middle of the pedestrian street. There is an arranged parking very close by. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine. And the x factor is sergio. who was available for any problem. we had trouble getting because the hotel in the ztl area he came to us by car and even paid us the parking report we received. A kind and helpful person.
