only one thing is best that the ladies of the reception were very polite.

I booked double bed for single person. So that the bed is comfortable. The hoteliers made a double bed by combining two single beds. But the blanket was a small single. Due to which he could not sleep peacefully at night. Then I found a place where I did not have to climb 4 different types of stairs to find the room. A 4-star hotel should have as many facilities as 4-star,

Great location, comfy beds.

There's practically no soundproofing, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. The breakfast coffee was really bad.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre and within few mins walk of everything! The hotel is basic but very clean with excellent staff!

Room facilities are quite basic. No coffee machine in the room and the fan in the room wasn’t working!

Double beds but single duvets - I was staying on my own so thought that might’ve been why, but they said they only have singles?! Limited choice at breakfast.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to on foot. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was pleasant. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite.

The curtains in the room didn’t block out the street lights very well at night.

Spotlessly clean hotel staff very helpful and friendly !beds were very comfortable breakfast was basic but good!very central and lovely roof top area to relax and sit out in!!

Would have liked a kettle in our room but that was the only fault but you could get boiling water milk etc at reception!so can't really complain!

it’s clean, the two guys at the restaurant are so nice, always with a smile and the best attitude.

in my room the key (little card) stopped working, and also suddenly half of my room was without energy. at the beginning the staff told me there was nothing to do. was until I told them I wasn’t going to pay for a room like that that they gave me another, much better room.

The hotel location is great, in the centre of town. Basic rooms but clean. The breakfast is great if you like a big selection but I only like muesli in the morning and this was unavailable for 2 mornings. Lovely staff made sure it was back for my final day.

we were travelling from London and we had only english pounds with us. As it turned out there were holidays in Italy and money exchange didn’t work. so the stuff of the hotel were really very helpful-thanks a lot to the beautiful lady on the reception and her manager. they solved all. very very helpful people are working there. thanks guys!!!! the roof of the hotel is amazing! so beautiful view to the town
