The staff was extremely friendly, all my technical questions were promptly answered, (e.g. detailed information was emailed about bus transport in the area). It was within walking distance of the port. The room and bed were very comfortable and probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I would absolutely recommend it, it was a great experience.

I really regret not spending more time here. The only negative thing was probably the noise: the noise from the street and the noise from the morning cleaning also filtered into the room, but it was not unbearable at all.

only one thing is best that the ladies of the reception were very polite.

I booked double bed for single person. So that the bed is comfortable. The hoteliers made a double bed by combining two single beds. But the blanket was a small single. Due to which he could not sleep peacefully at night. Then I found a place where I did not have to climb 4 different types of stairs to find the room. A 4-star hotel should have as many facilities as 4-star,

Excellent location, staff were really friendly the whole stay, daily cleaning of the rooms. Easy to access by bus if you do not want to use a car to get around. Breakfast was great. Bed was really comfy. Great balcony size.

Room was slightly on the small side really.

The hotel was perfectly located, clean and the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the roof terrace for quiet evenings.

The furniture was quite basic. Not every room is reachable with elevator.

A little noisy at times on the street side of the hotel if windows are open. Windows needed to be open because the ac was not turned on in the hotel.

Thr hotel is beautiful and in a fabulous location. Everything was literally on the doorstep. The room was large with a super comfortable bed, and a stylish en suite. It was also spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There's practically no soundproofing, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. The breakfast coffee was really bad.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre and within few mins walk of everything! The hotel is basic but very clean with excellent staff!

Room facilities are quite basic. No coffee machine in the room and the fan in the room wasn’t working!

Double beds but single duvets - I was staying on my own so thought that might’ve been why, but they said they only have singles?! Limited choice at breakfast.
