Breakfast was delicious - multiple options in terms of eggs, omelets, waffles etc. View from balcony was beautiful and ambiance was peaceful.

Did not like that the balcony door automatically locks behind you if closed, and you can get locked out on the balcony. The signage is there but in very small letters. Sign could be a bit bigger. Also found a small scorpion in the room so didn't want to be out on the balcony for fear of letting in bugs/etc. but couldn't close door because we'd be locked out.

The lake view from our window was absolutely stunning! The location is perfect — very central but still quiet. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the ferry port, making it super convenient to explore Lake Garda. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel’s own restaurant is also excellent. Parking at the hotel is easy, while the public parking nearby often has queues. The front desk staff were very helpful — they even mailed back an item our children forgot. This hotel truly made our Lake Garda trip even better!

My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Miravalle, and our experience was nothing short of magical. Perfectly situated, just a couple of minutes from all the restaurants and bus station, the hotel offers a charming terrace for Breakfast and, i think, also for Dinner if it does not rain:) The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious, featuring many home-made options that added a personal touch to the start of our day. Our room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided the perfect level of comfort. Incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful staff. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. I hope I will have the chance to return to this hotel in the future.

Everything was perfect

The staff of the hotel was really helpful and supportive: we arrived indeed a bit later than expected and we received detailed instruction of the late check-in which worked perfectly! So a big plus to all the staff present on the night between the 25 and 26.04.2024. The room was also really cosy with comfortable beds and good bathroom ! The breakfast was also exceptional with "real" coffee machine and not an automated one, delicious home-made sweets etc. The hotel is also located directly in the city center of Riva del Garda with the lake 5 minutes by foot. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Amazing view of the lake. But don’t sleep on the Mountain View. At least from the common walkways, it’s also an exceptional view. The front desk attendants were very helpful and sweet. Three minute walk to the main pedestrian area, so location is perfect—proximity but also quiet and private.

Bed was a bit firm, but that’s an individual preference issue. Also, don’t make the same mistake I made—don’t go on the terrace and close the door behind you. If I didn’t have my phone to call the front desk, things might have been a bit problematic. There is a sign on the door, but it’s the kind of sign that most of us never read.

Very nice hotel. Atmosphere in there is very nice / quiet and good for relax. Very nice view. Good place to stay when travelling for any activities at Garda lake.

Breakfast service requires improvement. Understand, that the food (i.e. scrambled eggs) are put often in smaller amount to be fresh, but it was short for the amount of guests at the breakfast time. This created confusion and increased waiting time, as hotel staff quantity was inadequate (too low) to handle the breakfast with so many guests in efficient manner.

Excellent welcome, large room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast with superbly attentive staff. Good dinner service with excellent food. Stoff were extremely accomodating and helpful for 99% of our stay ... Riva is a splendid resort

Only thing of which to complain was the surly man at reception when we checked out - was unuual as all the rest of the staff were superb and could not have been more helpful

Great location, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden and pool. Staff/service really stood out going above and beyond.Specifically want to thank Daniele who really helped us out as I had a medical emergency and needed help setting up drs appointments etc. Grazie Mille!

Airconditioning was not available as April..with the balcony door open we could hear dog barking ..not the fault of hotel at all

The staff were all friendly and welcoming including the manager who was great. Very helpful with local information and went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff all spoke English. The room had a balcony overlooking the gardens and was well furnished and very comfortable. Great variety at breakfast including some very yummy cakes baked in house. Having car parking on site is a great bonus. The whole ambiance of the hotel was luxurious. Views over the mountains and lake were tremendous. A must go to hotel in Riva del Garda. We will return.

My wife has a lot of cosmetics and potions so she would like another shelf in the bathroom to put them on ! :) My shaving kit and toothbrush fitted perfectly.
