Was not a problem for us, but be aware that the free parking is public parking 500 meters away, and while you generally find a free spot, you are not guaranteed, depending on the time of the day.

Amazing location, in the old town of Riva. There is a public garage nearby so its not a problem is you come by car. Modest but good breakfast, pies are pretty great, they are a must try. There is a lift, which is a big plus in an old building. Room is spacious and had a comfortable, warm temperature (we came during the winter).

The bed not particularly comfortable (but it may be for someone else).

- great location, in the center - super nice and professional staff speaking very good English - they have a restaurant and brewery (not italian style, rather austrian, german kind of food but well organised and prepared) - super comfortable bed - breakfast was mind blowing :))))@

- rooms are tidy and clean but not renovated for quite some time, would be nice if they were a bit more stylish.

the staff and people in charge are great and friendly and very helpful the location was great the place itself was great and beautiful; there is a personality to it, the food was great very clean !!

Outstanding staff, comfortable room, nice view, excellent location, great onsite restaurant! We had a terrific stay and the staff went above and beyond for us.

The air conditioner seemed a little old and wasn't very effective. It may have just needed service, we didn't bother pursuing it because we only stayed 2 nights and were otherwise very comfortable.

Centrally located, within walking distance of everything. Room had AC and was clean. Good breakfast.

The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant and the staff is not always available at reception because they are usually working at the restaurant. Also, we were asked to settle the bill the day prior to check-out, which was a bit weird.

A cosy Bavarian hotel/restaurant in the heart of Riva di Garda. Hosted by both Mattias and Francesca. Two lovely hosts that went all the way and beyond to make both myself and my husband feel at home. They prepare a lovely spread of continental breakfast which caters to everyones taste. They also prepare a lovely english breakfast depending on your specifications which is very tasty. There is a car park nearby which is big and safe and only a few minutes walking. There are loads of shops, restaurants and bars near the hotel. Highly recommend it. For sure will return once we are back in the area.

No information about Trentino card to which all tourists staying at a hotel in Trentino are entitled. Noise at night from the ventilation. It interrupted sleep, but I was so tired that eventually I managed to get some sleep :).

Easy to access , very helpful staff , and sent information to access hotel when my flight was delayed, and adapters for charging my phone as I did not have correct one Very comfy bed and quiet room

Well prepared breakfast as requested. Nice location close to the dock. Hospitable and friendly staff. Equipped with a steady elevator.

Ahahah can be a little bit confusing when we use Google Map to try to find the entrance of the hotel. Because if we follow the map, it will direct us to the facade of the related restaurant with an arrow pointing to the door. However, we can not be very sure when we go there the first time. Maybe can change it into a more clear sign or write something in the hotel description ;)
