That's our 2nd visit of this hotel and 4th of Limone. We liked: - very friendly and helpful staff. - really, all personnel were very helpful and kind, good people matter. - panoramic view on the lake. - breakfast. - pool. - garage parking. - one bottle of good quality sparkling wine was given as a compliment. Keep/continue: - price competivnes is important. Last few years prices have gone up on Garda lake and Limone, so to stay competitive and be able to offer good prices is important.

- WiFi in the room was never working.

Very nice and helpful staff, we were greeted with pink wine and cookies. The hotel is beautifully located, its greatest asset is undoubtedly the view of the mountains and the lake. The rooms are new, cozy, tastefully furnished, they have facilities for the disabled. We were in the panoramic rooms. there are many places to relax on the hotel grounds and there is no shortage of sun loungers.

to the center of the town and to the lake you have to walk a bit along a steep road, but the hotel provides a bus.

Just as many reviews note - amazing views of the lake. Beautifully designed and landscaped property, with pools, lawns, bars, sun decks, common areas, stairs and rooms nested on the side of a mountain. Close to city center (it took us 10 minutes to walk there), dog-friendly. Nice air conditioning. Beautiful balcony. Additional pool towels.

No shower door (not gone missing, just such design) lead to us making puddles on the floor no matter how carefully we tried to take showers. Abundant, but not tasty breakfast. No wine glasses in the room! (even though there is a mini bar). Drinking Prosecco out of paper cups is just not a nice option. Our local relatives could not stay at the pool with us even for an additional fee, which was very disappointing. We wanted to spend a relaxing day together by the pool bar, but were not able to do so.

3 Stars????? From working in the industry the only thing stopping it from being a 4 star in my opinion is their bathrooms need some tlc. Staff amazing so helpful views unbelievable food sooo good. Loads of space to sun bath with 3 different pool and different areas. Highly recommend this hotel perfect for families or couples

If you book with booking.com you needed to pay €10 per room for the panoramic pool not worth it as it’s a busy pool with not much room for sun beds beside and free if you book directly with hotel. Small downside

We got a renovated room, which was very spacious and really nice and also with lakeview. We booked the half-board and the diner was quite good and included some basic drinks from the machine. Breakfast was pretty good with a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle service from the hotel to the city was excellent (cost 1,- euro per person one way, runs on a time schedule that you can find at the reception) view from the swimmingpool area(s) is really magnificent.

Wifi reception and speed is very poor. Parking in the garage was not possible with our car with a roofbox there is mentioned max. height 2.25m, but that seems incorrect to me, but not a big problem we where allowed to park on a different parking space. Lot of stairs as mentioned in other reviews not a problem for us but worth mentioning it.

Breakfast was good. Lots of steps around the hotel as on many different levels, could have been a problem for some peopke

With the booking we made we could only use the indoor pool if we paid €10 on top of what we had a ready paid. Too cold to use outsipools.

Restaurant, boring breakfast, few vegetables, and poor quality cold cuts. Complicated layout of the building, difficult to find your way around.

The view from hotel is amazing. We appreciate the staff, the bottle of proceso to the room, the possibility to stay at pool all day after check out, the shuttle bus to the beach. The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but for one night it was ok.

The room looks old and cheap, I wouldn't like to stay there for all week. Also breakfast was not as rich as it could look from first sight

Clean and spacious, we did upgrade. The big plus was that the room we had was newly refurbished and the views from our room was fabulous!!

The bathroom toilet was very high, built for disabilities but far far too high for me!!
