Super friendly, helpful staff! Good size suite with private balcony on top floor. Good WiFi (on 4 of 7 days). TV with internet options. New coffee and water daily. Excellent breakfast. Free parking easy to access (vice normal 25 euros/day). Free ride with luggage to/from garage. Extra pillows.

Please get black out curtains or shutters!! By 5am in the summer, it is light in the room, and heat rises quickly. Also, be aware that the elevator only connects the middle 3 floors. You still have to climb a set of stairs to get to it, and another after getting off in order to reach the top suite. Staff were great helping with luggage, though.

The location was amazing and our room had a great view of the square. The room was large, very clean, and comfortable with all amenities. Breakfast was phenomenal with large variety. Everyone that helped us during the stay were friendly and gave us a smile. The restaurant food for lunch and dinner was great, loved the Limoncello :-)

Outstanding location right in the middle of the old city of Limone Sul Garda with easy access to lots of restaurants. And yet the windows were soundproofed so no issues with outside noise with the windows closed. Everything was very clean, comfortable, safe, and secure. Great breakfast! Easy walk, less than 10 min, to the garage where you have free parking. Host was very responsive to address any issues.

We had a small issue with some clogging in the shower, but we alerted the hosts and they fixed it very quickly.

The staff was amazing, it felt that they we were waiting for us as for dear guests. The cleanliness of the room, the view. The breakfast was very good. It is a family owned hotel and a restaurant. The food was very good. We liked the place, didn’t want to leave. One more important thing- the hotel provided the parking at the lake main parking, they gave us instructions how to get there. Then a small electric car took us to the hotel, we didn’t need to carry our luggage- it was very thoughtful of them. Great location.

As we were checking out at 7, we didn't have a transport back to the car park and it turned out that information (where you are supposed to leave the parking card) was closed, so had to walk back to the hotel to leave it there. Got cappucino for the effort (one of the best we have evere tried) so was worth it though.

Location, location! They made it easy to go from parking lot, to get picked up in an electric car and transported to our hotel 250 meters away. It was perfect. We were warmly welcomed. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Even offered mimosas

As is common in Europe, we were told there was A/C but when we got there they said it was broke. So it was quite warm as we were there in June. If we had a fan for air movement it would have been much better.

Lovely location and great accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast too. We stayed in the suite, which was very spacious and had its own private balcony with a stunning view. The room could get very warm as we kept the windows shut to avoid mosquitoes disturbing our sleep.

The accommodation was very warm. Although there were what looked like air conditioning fans in two rooms, these had no cooling ability. It was mid to late October with top temperatures outside of 21 degrees C. It was 28 degrees inside. We didn't want to leave windows open to avoid mosquitoes entering, although they may not have been much of an issue. We didn't want to risk it after being bitten in Venice, where mosquitoes did seem more prevalent . I'd imagine it could be very hot in summer.

Beautiful location right in the centre of Limone Sul Garda. Lovely, clean room overlooking the lake. The staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Erol, Dina and the whole team were excellent. Breakfast was also nicely presented and the restaurant was good, great pizza, as well as the sister restaurant a short walk away which was exceptional.

A couple of issues with the room when we arrived which were quickly rectified by Erol. As often is the case in Italy all the floors are tiled so you can get some noise from other rooms. I would also suggest perhaps re-checking prices before cancellation date, if you book with a cancellation option. I think if we had been more vigilant, we would have possibly secured a better room rate, but we have to accept that booking.com are also making a commission.

Location and view are amazing, right in the middle of the town. They have a multi-seater golf cart that will pick you up and your luggage from the parking area since it’s not directly by the hotel. The breakfast and coffee were good.

The room window didn’t have any blinds/shutters (only a thin white curtain) so the room got bright very early in the morning.

Very nice, cozy, boutique hotel located in the center of Limone Sul Garda. We had a room with a picturesque view of a small square and the lake. Despite being in the center of town, we were protected from city noise by soundproof windows. The staff were very kind and supportive. Good breakfast with unlimited delicious coffee. Good quality Wi-Fi.

The rooms have poor sound insulation, so you can hear your neighbors, especially those walking on corridor.
