We had two twin beds in our bedroom, which was great! Our hotel room was wonderful and looked out to our private belcony & extender out to a public area looking onto the lake. Good location, good price and breskfast. Loved the automatic black/curtains, great staff, pool, the only hard part was having to go into the reception building for WiFi, since the individual rooms don’t have WiFi.

No refrigerator, or inst-pot, but we made do. Parking was little bit difficult since it is mostly on a steep hill. No Wi-Fi in the individual rooms, it was only available reception/main building, so in the evening we had to go there.

We had a great time at this hotel. The hotel is located very high up, you have to climb up the stairs, but believe me it's worth it. The views are simply amazing. You look down on the whole city. From 9 am there is the first shuttle, which for 1.5 euros will take you directly from the hotel to the center and back. The breakfast was also incredible. I have never had such a breakfast in a hotel before. A varied breakfast, lots of cold cuts, fruits and vegetables. The desserts were simply wonderful. They had everything, even fried eggs. It was wonderful. The room was also wonderful. Everyone had a terrace and you could relax, and the pool was wonderful. We swam to our heart's content. Everything was top notch! Thank you!

People with health problems will not be able to reach the hotel on foot. Because it is located high up, and you have to go up a long staircase with many steps.

Brilliant holiday, location perfect - 10/15 min walk into town. Staff were brilliant, particularly Christian and Christina! The place was soooo clean, including lovely new toilets in the main bar area. Really lovely 10 day stay.

The restaurant food wasn’t to our taste. We ate there once but didn’t again. No issues, just not that much choice and lots of veggie food.

The view from the hotel is incredible and there’s a spacious parking. The staff is nice

The hotel is very outdated. The breakfast is not very good, a lot of things look like they haven’t changed from the 90s. No wifi in the room unless you have a room in the main building. The gym is very old and not sure if safe to use. The pool is inside a restaurant which makes it very weird

This is our fourth time at this property !! We love it.. Yes, its half way up a mountain and the walk up the hill is challenging, but the view is spectacular and unspoiled.. Also being up that little bit higher, means less mosquitos! We requested a particular room and they were about to get the one we asked for... it was a massive room with share huge balacony where we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the beautiful town of Limone and the rest of the lake.. Also i am so happy to see the development work which is underway with additional parking and access.. Amazing work - as this was an issue previously!.. Staff were great and rooms clean and well kept.

Air con! sorry - but its just not working... The two units we had just blew out luke warm air... thanksfully it was only 28 degrees during the day and 22 at night - so we managed.. but last year it was 33 + during the day and 28 at night, and the air con was woeful.. A could of new units would make a huge difference.. Beds are fine for a week, but we had pull out couch for the kids, and mattress wasnt great... Eldest complaining of soreness as week went on... Lastly WIFI... the Wifi at the pool and hotel area is good, but nothing beyond this.. And with TV being so poor, WIFI would be great as we could stream or use phones to watch TV.

Breakfast good, view from the apartment breathtaking, the receptionists were very professional and helpful, pool is complementary and also has a great view They also have a tiny mini market with goods and drinks which is very practical

Phone in room was disconnected (cable was literally cut like in a 90s horror movie???) I had to pay for sheets and towels (5 euro not a lot of money at all) but still, paying for sheets for your bed?? Unseen before

The location and the views were spectacular, couldn't ask for a better balcony to sit and watch the sunsets. The room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and spa areas were great.

The room was a bit tired and the food was average, though the pizza restaurant was very nice

the location would be good if you go there by car since it is a little bit far from the town and the panoramic view of the ciclopedonale. you could walk to town but it will be around 20 minutes and the hotel is located in a steep area. the wellness center is very complete with sauna, spacious steam room, jacuzzi, gym, pool, etc. we enjoyed it very much. the staff is helpful and responsive and breakfast was included and abundant.

it isn’t easy to get on the shuttle to the hotel as it has a very limited capacity. many people want to arrive to the hotel so you could have to wait a while to catch one.

Fantastic views of Limone SUL GARDA and over the lake. Car park included and big appartment. Renovated appartment, useful kitchen and balcony.

Missing tools and coffee machine. Extra cost for blancket and towel, really strange situation. Luckily thanks to staff they provided conveniently, this details make us come back likely.

We enjoyed every minute at this hotel Staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and with stunning view on Lake Garda 20 min walking distance to centrum Limone or by bus transit from hotel for €1.50 Definitely will back there
