The breakfast is of a high standard, the spa facilities are excellent, everything is clean and tidy, a pleasant feeling to stay in the hotel, the room is clean and spacious, an excellent location, we will come back to visit again soon

We booked a massage at the spa but unfortunately it was the worst we have experienced, there was a lot of noise during the massage which caused discomfort and we were unable to relax and rest, also, the therapists were not professional and in general the experience was not good at all, we were very disappointed because we expected more.

I'll start with the room. 3 diff showers one a regular shower we all familiar with, second next to the bed a bath, and outside a spa bath that all you see from it is the lake - Amazing. Staff - from the moment you get till the moment you leave they do everything to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast - you have it all, veggies, fruits, pastry, meat, diff types of cheese, fresh juices, coffee\tea, and ofc any type of omelette you wish to have. Senso - Michelin restaurant located inside the hotel - everything was fab - from the lights to the whole experience to the food.

i like the small size soap\shampoo instead of having big bottles connected to the wall.

Splendid hotel. Very beautiful bedroom. The architecture ,the gardens, swimming pools, spa and decoration were magnificent. The restaurant The bistro is delicious, with fresh products and italian cooking like foreigners like us excepted.

we came for the spa, if we had known it was nudist mixed, we would have made the reservation in another hotel. This detail was written nowhere in the reservation . One day I was alone in the spa during one hour and an employee came to tell me to go out because I was wearing a swimming suit. Considering the price we have paided for one week, this is not acceptable. Your argument of health is ridiculous. The bathroom is not convenient at all, there’s a small towel heater to hang 2 dressing gowns, 2 big towels, 2 smalls, 2 swimming suits. Washbasin not convenient, etc… when all the world try to be ecologist (even the most beautiful palaces) you change all the towels twice a day, even the soap is changed every day….

The hotel is great. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The views are gorgeous and I love that every room has a view. The rooms are nice and big. The pool and lake-front areas are very nice and we really enjoyed the panoramic terrace. Breakfast was also very good good.

A couple of minor suggestions: 1) I would add hooks for towels right next to the shower 2) I really would have liked an iron in the room. And if it’s truly a safety issue, I would say then you should offer to iron things for people for free (you can bake it in the price of the room). No one wants to be nickel and dimed for small things after paying for a really nice hotel. You just want to have an easy, enjoyable experience. 3) Similarly, for breakfast, I would just say either don’t include the charged items on the menu, or just include them and charge everyone a little more. Same reason as above. But these are minor things :)

EALA - My Lakeside Dream Hotel was truly spectacular. The breathtaking views, elegant lobby, excellent restaurant, delicious breakfast, and exceptional staff all exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, and we deeply appreciate the wonderful experience. Thank you for everything!

EALA's wonderful location and well executed simple but stylish decor would be reason enough to visit, but what sets this outstanding hotel apart is the staff. They're all so good and friendly it seems wrong to single any one of the team out, they're simply the nicest hotel staff we've ever experienced in a life of travelling. We loved everything about our 4 day stay around New Year. The location with both easy and very challenging walks right outside the door (a dawn walk up to Punta Larici is rather strenuous but a wonderful experience), is stunning. The rooms are comfortable and large, and the spa and pools are superb. We also loved the fact that although it was very much a Masarati, Mercedes, Gucci and Prada set staying there at the time, the staff didn't turn their nose up at our little rented Fiat Panda in the least. We will most certainly return to discover more of beautiful Lake Garda.

Everything was just right. Good value for such excellence too.
