- The view from the room overlooking the lake was super! We stayed on 4th floor. - Big balcony - Friendly, helpful and informative staff. Both on arrival and while having breakfast - Good and varied breakfast - Super location if enjoying watersports - Restaurant connected to hotel, where we ate dinner with lake view (and we arrived quite late aprox 9pm)

- hotel was used and appeared a bit worn out; could use an overall opdate - we was unlucky that very bad smell from the toilet. It disappeared during the night. Until it did, we had to have open door to balcony

I was a bit scared of certain comments from other guests but the reality is the hotel exceeded my expectations! Breakfast is really good, the locations is beautiful and in the middle of nature, the restaurant right in front of the lake is superb. We're not surfers and still loved the hotel and the vibe and overall decoration. We went to the lake to look at people doing windsurf and loved it. Plus the staff is smiley, attentive, and polite.

To be honest there's not much to mention here. The only thing I can think of is they could offer a better shampoo. Additionally, it is true the beach is 95% aimed at windsurfers. They could add some more space for people not doing windsurf. In any case, nothing too bad.

The location and restaurant (food + services)

The furniture in the rooms should be changed. Too old, it is like at grandma' home in the room's. The lingerie clean, of course, but don't help to bring more value to an old furniture and wall's. The things in the bathroom also old and some of them broken or too used.

Location by the surf school was ideal. Very clean but basic, however sufficient for a short stay. Good breakfast options to suit all tastes. I can recommend the beach side Bistro next to the hotel. Good menu options, very friendly and excellent with children. Very good Tiramisu too!

Do get deck chairs early on the lakeside terrace or they will be towelled, with the reservations made by those already out sail or wind surfing. Parking tight and a bit chaotic, but doable. There is no Resturant at the Hotel and the coast road trip in is interesting (only by car or limited public transport), but I can recommend the beach side Bistro next to the hotel. Very good Tiramisu! More than compensates.

Location , privet beach with plenty of sun-beds, best view from balcony . Very good breakfast . Staff very polite and helpful. Short distance to Riva del Garda , and Limone sur Garda . Best hotel for surfers and also good for my family 🙌

Cannot complain !

The location is superb and the view of the lake made our stay very enjoyable. Front office officer’s Mr Elias was so helpful and friendly. He facilitated our check in smoothly and granted us an upgrade. The breakfast is light but sufficient.

Laidback and location for windsurfing & Wingfoiling is perfect! Beautiful views as well! Staff was also very helpful! Parking is tight dur to location... but manageable.

Rooms were very outdated. But comfortable and great views!!

The hotel is perfectly positioned for the windsurf school. We arrived late and the lady at reception was super nice and friendly. The next morning Elia at reception was extremely helpful in suggesting a nice walk from Riva del Garda. Thanks Elia and the whole stuff! We hope to visit again next year

Very good! Comfortable room with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant right on the lake shore. Breakfast at the hotel: huge selection and everything very tasty. Very good value for money!

No cons!

Best place for watersports like wingfoiling, windsurfing. It has also school, equipment for renting, safe place for learning. Staff very friendly and very good breakfast. Private/safe parking.I am always happy to return.
