As winsurfers we booked this hotel on purpose due to it's location. It has WF start spot in front of the hotel. The hotel has special locked room downstairs for your equipment - windsurfing, bike, e-bike, wing. There is gym as well (we didn't try). Smaller sails can be stored there built. The WS spot is not so crowded as the main beach and shipyard. We travel with our dog and the room we got had own outer space. We missed lakeview mainly through the wind, but this spacy yard was much better for the dog. Big thanks to the boys from hotel reception for trying to fix the gate for our refugee! 😅 The staff is very nice, I was surprised how nice they are to dogs. The breakfast as part of the room price was wonderful with many options for healthy eaters but as well children and those who prefer bacon and eggs. The room was equipped with all tools you need for cooking - all new all looked like that. Cleaning lady did great job, the room was always clean and tidy even our dog is very hairy! As a summary - the price was a little high but considered the location, equipment and services we will definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Garda again!

The only small 'issue' was the bed, although everything was great and like new, the mattresses would deserve exchange. I forgot to tell this at the reception when leaving because otherwise we were really fully satisfied and since we were worned out everyday it didn't matter. For Booking.com - I woud appreciate information about storage possibility in the description, it is important for everyone with small car and own equipment.

The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking—one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to suit all tastes. We were warmly welcomed by a young man at the front desk when we arrived; he was extremely helpful and gave us great tips about places to visit and local restaurants. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning.

The check-out experience was disappointing. The woman at the front desk, who appeared to be the manager, was quite unfriendly and had a cold attitude, completely opposite to the warm welcome we received upon arrival. There was also no washing machine available, which would have been convenient for longer stays. Additionally, some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, which made using the kitchen less pleasant.

The best part is the location. There is a fabulous view of the lake. The breakfast was also superb. There were warm items like scrambled eggs, pan cakes making machine and rest of the usual items like bread, flakes etc. The room was medium size with a Kitchenette equipped with basics and a nice balcony. Very comfortable bed. The room was freezing cold the first night, but the next day upon our request they started the heating. The staff at the breakfast was very nice. There is also a little kids play area / garden that we discovered by accident. Would be nice to inform the guests admit it. Torbole center at a 15 minutes walk. Ferry stop at 10 minutes walk.

A liquid soap and brush in the kitchen to wash dishes would be nice. Shower area very uncomfortable. Impossible to avoid the water getting out. There is a big shower which we were afraid to use, as the area is not fully covered. Had to use the tiny handshower. Even then a lot of water got out. Must be a nightmare for the cleaning staff.

Road crossing is challenging because of fast cars that are not always visible. The bed matress was not comfortable for me (but +- ok for my husband), and also the couch in the living room was too wide and not comfortable for normal sitting. Maybe get more pillows that guests can use there.

This must be the place :) Me and my friends had such a great time here in Torbole and hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice crew and administration (positive and with good english). Our room was on the lake side and we woke up with the most beautyfull view each morning - it was like a dream. Although we were somewhere out all day, we had such a great time there. Also we rented bikes one day from hotel and explore Riva del Garda, Cascata del Varone and Strada del Ponale in one day because with bikes it was faster than public transport. :) Thanks again for everything!

For the single beds it would be nice to have a mattress topper. But still - our sleep was better here than at home. :)

This is an efficiently run establishment with excellent facilities. Our room was enormous with a great terrace giving panoramic views of Lake Garda. There was a small kitchen which enabled us to enjoy a simple evening meal under the stars. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and varied. When the weather turned rainy this was an ideal home from home to shelter in - and the barman makes a fantastic Aperol Spritz...

The busy main road runs between the property and the lake. The noise isn't much of an issue - the layout of the building and double glazing help - but crossing the road to the lakeside path takes nerves of steel and a certain level of agility...

The hotel's prime location on the outskirts of Nago-Torbole made for a delightful stay. We enjoyed the convenience of walking into town while also relishing the tranquillity of our room's terrace. The spacious, well-appointed room and the delicious, varied breakfast were additional highlights. The staff's warm welcome and the wonderful view from the room's windows were the cherry on top.

The only minor drawback was that the restaurant recommended by the staff didn't quite live up to our expectations. ;)

We used Torbole Aparthotel in 2019 and our experience this time was even better. The customer service from the staff was exceptional. They really made our lives easier by ordering a taxi for us, being flexible with storage and helping with our bikes. The breakfast was very good and the room suited our needs perfectly. The facilities were easy to use, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others and would use again if returning to Lake Garda. Thank you Martina and team.

Our only comment would be about pricing but Torbole Aparthotel were one of the cheaper options in the area so we understand Lake Garda is a competitive area in regards to price.

On the lake, at the edge of town but close enough to walk to center. Rooms were spacious and clean. They have storage for personal surfing equipment and bikes. Shared bikes available on site, free for 2 hours and 7 euros for whole day. Several locations for rental of aquatic sport equipment are within walking distance. The lake in summer is just warm enough for swimming.

The main road around Garda lake passes just under the windows of lake facing rooms. You can hear the traffic. On one of the evenings there was a loud party at the near by marina. The noise could be heard inside the room. Luckily other nights were quiet.

Amazing view, lovely staff and room was big and clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back as we really enjoyed our stay. The location is fab, walking to town is easy and a lovely walk (once you’ve crossed road) and the ferry stop is also close to access other towns. We were recommended to eat dinner at next door hotel which was amazing so we went twice!

Only thing is crossing the road which the staff helped us with! No reflection of the hotel as this is common in Garda but something to consider with young children if you want to access beach or cross to walk to town.
