1. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. 2. The reception staff were extremely helpful — they arranged a taxi and parking for my car (especially Domenico, who was outstanding). 3. The hotel's view is breathtaking, and its location is very close to Riva del Garda and just steps away from the ferry to the surrounding lakeside villages. 4. The breakfast was very nice and delicious (I didn’t try lunch or dinner). 5. There’s a grocery store and restaurants right next to the hotel. 6. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

1. The hotel's private parking is a bit far from the property. Cost 10 euro per day. 2. You might experience some noise at night from people passing by or traffic in front of the hotel.

The hotel was high-end, clean, and felt new. The front desk staff greeted us warmly each time we walked by. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great - right across the street from the lake and within walking distance to all the restaurants and gelaterias. We loved that breakfast was included - there was a large variety of options (though we didn't discover some of them - like the bacon - until the second morning. The dining room has a gorgeous lake view.

Since it was shoulder season, they had the AC locked. The room got hot at night, but the windows don't have screens. So we had to choose between being hot or dealing with bugs. Not a huge deal, but having the option of the AC or having screens would have been nice.

Location, location...: Arrived 20:00; temp. parking space at front door (nice!), then, fr. desk offered to take my car to the previously purchased parking slot, saving me the 500 meter walk back (nicer!). Upgrade of rm to a balcony view over the lake (really nice!). Excellent rm., esp., the bathroom. Samira, at fr. desk, communicated with me via booking.com multiple times, allowing me to relax that the room was waiting for our arrival. Then, turned out that the cardriver had already left, so my car was still at the front door for us to leave in once we checked out. Also, the 11:00 checkout was 'loose' -- probably not full-booked.

Breakfast room is nice; food itself --thorough, but average.

The location of this hotel is perfect - right across the lake and our room had a 180-degree view of the lake. The receptionist was very friendly and upgraded us to a room with a terrace and spa bath. The breakfast was very good with warm dishes and a spread of cold continental dishes and sweet treats. The hotel is a proper 4 star graded hotel and has recently been renovated. We were very happy with our room and the hotel in general . Can definitely recommend it .

Everything about the Hotel was wonderful. Its located right across the street from the lake and the docks and the staff are amazing. We enjoyed the Breakfast at Aqua but did not have a chance to have dinner there as it was closed the evening we wanted to eat there. The woman at reception reserved a table for us at a sister hotel a few blocks away and dinner there was wonderful. There we met Ivano (I hope I am spelling the name correctly), who it turns out normally works at Aqua. We had a great meal and learned a lot about the wonderful town from Ivano. The next morning at the breakfast buffet, we ran into him again when he recognized us from the evening before. Our room was wonderful and the bath was almost as large as the bedroom. Although it was a short hike from the hotel, we were able to park our car in a small lot with a security gate. We never had to use the car while in town, so it was nice to know it was secure.

First of all, the location is perfect with an ideal view. The hotel is clean and new, the furniture is new and comfortable. There is an elevator, breakfast is included, and the staff service is all excellent and very pleasant.

I didn’t like that parking was not available, and when it was, it was far from the hotel. There was no drinking water provided in the room. Also, the breakfast menu was very limited and could use more variety.

Amazing place!!!! We was three girls, and i booked the normal room because the room that i wanted(which is the room with jacuzzi didn’t fit for 3 people) , with the same price as the normal one, but when we arrived they surprised us with the jacuzzi room with extra bed!!! The staff is wonderful, they are very helpful. The room and the view are speechless!!! Everything was incredible.

Great location in the town centre, on the lakefront road with motorbike parking opposite. Warm welcome and upgraded as the room we booked was not available. Very pleasant room with a lake view and balcony with a private jacuzzi. Traffic quietened down overnight and not disturbed by noise. Close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and plenty of choices.

Unfortunately, their restaurant was closed the evening we were there which was disappointing.

1. Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. Restaurant at the hotel for dinner, if you do not want to go somewhere. 5. Great location near all key places, shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that can disappoint someone that parking slots are not directly near the hotel - 5 minutes to walk. But it is with code, closed gate and video.

After we changed rooms, the larger room was excellent. The hotel reception staff were at all times exceptionally kind, helpful, informative - a real joy to deal with. Even when we had an issue with the room with a broken AC they went out of their way to make the rest of our stay a delight. The views over the lake from the early morning watching the surfers were just utterly stunning.

The first room was very small, impersonal and absolutely roasting as the AC could just not cool the room. The restaurant is also very trendy and expensive for an evening meal, particularly when the restaurants nearby are so welcoming and much better value for money.
