Wowww Amazing place, excellent staff, we received an upgrade to a huge room with a bathtub, the breakfast is excellent and delicious, highly recommend

Breakfast was really good, the gym was nice and location is good. The staff is kind and helpful.

The room wasn’t dark enough and the tv didn’t work for casting. It would be nice with a common pool or if the access to the spa was included in the price.

This is a little gem of a hotel, nestled just outside the main town, it is a lovely quiet location, with views to the mountains from my room, some have lake views, but it is not directly on the lake. It has a small but good parking facility, and free parking nearby. The very professional and welcoming staff are a massive asset. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a great bathroom, and shower facility. Bed is really comfortable and has ample, good pillows to ensure you get the rest you need. The breakfast buffet is expansive,and definitely caters for those with a sweet tooth, the pastries on offer are incredible. I also ate twice in the restaurant in the evening, and again the quality and presentation of the food was superb. The hotel also has a small spa (sauna, steam room, spa bath, aromatic shower, and relaxation room), which I made use of for my stay. The access is restricted to only a few people per session (1.5 hrs) so you can truly relax and recuperate from your day. The Hotel also has an incredibly well stocked Weights Room, for those looking to put on muscle, with one aerobic treadmill. You can also get a really good massage on site, and the masseur (sorry I missed your name) was again incredibly professional, and soon got into my knotted and tangled muscles.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I do have a couple of suggestions. Rooms - In my opinion, an Italian Hotel should not serve Nescafé coffee in the rooms, either replace with Nespresso/Lavazza, or at least offer it as an option. Also, the cups in the rooms are too small for tea, and not suited for the Nescafé coffee, put a large mug in the room. Gym - I am not sure how many guests would use such a huge amount of muscle building equipment, I would suggest to condense those, and add a few more aerobic systems (Cross trainer etc)

The property was amazing and the staff were really courteous and helpful. We were there to celebrate my fiance’s birthday and they made it very special. They gave us a room upgrade and free private spa session. It was really lovely there and everything was very clean and hygienic. The location was also quite central. You can walk 15-20 mins to Riva or take a bus and you’ll be in Riva in 5mins. I loved absolutely everything about this property and will definitely come back.

We loved staying at the Goti - this boutique hotel has a great vibe created by the really excellent staff - a big shout out has to go to the lovely Anya who runs the restaurant and is such an EXCELLENT host and also to Yuri for his extraordinary cocktails - his raspberry passion fruit creation is a must have! - Also a big shout out goes to the breakfast crew of Jordana and Martina for being so lovely too - the juice bar at the hotel is a fantastic idea and we loved making our own juices each morning with everything you can think of from ginger, oranges, apples cucumber ++ The atmosphere in this hotel is great with lots of plants in the bar/ restaurant area which makes for a really lovely area to relax in with GREAT music and great views of the mountains - hotel is about a 4 min walk to the lake . Rooms also fab, modern, really nicely laid out. We stayed in room 309 which had a hot tub and great views. There is a spa which we didnt use enough - too busy biking - but i had a massage one of the days which was fabulous too - Can't recommend this hotel enough - and if you are wondering whether to stay in Torbole or La Garda- we really liked the calmer vibe in Torbole but really enjoyed biking into Garda , on the beach path , to mountain biking most days and loved stopping off for coffees/ drinks on the Garda water front- Garda is much busier than Torbole but a really beautiful town! Lastly the mountain biking - OMG - got to go home for a rest! - The rides were absolutely AWESOME - we hired electric mountain bikes from Mandelli Bikes www.torbolebikeshop.com and did 6 days of riding on the most awesome trails in the mountains- Mandelli are a family run business and were also completely brilliant! If you want a great break this is the place to go!

initially i was bit disappointed hotel not closer to the lake - but lake v close (literally a minute by bike), and vibe in hotel was really nice and relaxing after full day on bikes - there was nothing not to like really!

Fantastic place with staff that has an eye for details. Thanks Iwan and Mathilde for taking so good care. Also management was very flexible and helpful as we had to leave a day earlier due to some issues. Nothing else than highly recommended for a stay at Garda lake.

There is not really a place to just sit, relax and enjoy a drink when you dont want to go to town... A small garden or a pool area with sun beds or lounges would be nice plus...

The location was excellent, the hotel's restaurant was of very high quality, we were spoiled for choice at breakfast and most importantly, the staff were so hospitable! They even threw a little surprise for my mum's birthday with a bottle of wine and a complimentary spa day! Also, we had a balcony with a gorgeous, gorgeous view! It was an excellent stay and I'd be looking to return here most definitely. Thank you GoTi!

There is nothing not to like!

Very good location, 10-15min walk from town centre so not too crowded around the hotel. Receptionists and the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was superb. Modern and it was cleaned every day. The bed was very comfy. Beautiful view from our balcony. Breakfast buffet had everything and more! Everything was freshly prepared. This is a Spa hotel, but we haven't used it as not enough time. This picture shows the view from our balcon.

parking is a bit far from the hotel.. in booking we searched a hotel with free parking and there is no free parking there. only with payment. also, the spa is a bit pricy for 1.5 h i would change the price there to be a bit more

Room and ambience around the hotel was lovely. Great decor - very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and we ate at the restautrant once which was delicious.

Shame the hot water system broke down on our last morning meaning we couldn't shower before we departed and ahead of our travels. Appreciated the complimenary breakfast though, thank you.
