The breakfast buffet is full of choices, many healthy ones and and it's possible to make your own juice. It's very cosy and small, feels very relaxed. The room size is fine and there are terraces to every room with plenty of room to dry towels and bathers. It's nice and clean with lovely bath products.

The A/C is a bit too "green" and did not cool the room very well. Luckily the night breeze did the job. Also the owner has a bit of an attitude, which is kind of quirky, she seems unkind, but it's possible it's just a language barrier.

We liked the whole concept of the hotel, they put a lot of emphasis on sustainability. The room was clean and spacious with a little balcony. We liked the breakfast, the staff was there to refill everything the whole time. The location is excellent, walking distance to the restaurants and lake, that is what we liked the most. The check in and check out was easy and parking was not an issue.

The only thing that was a little bit unfortunate that the electrical charging stations for electric cars didn't work during our stay.

I've been here a few times before and the rooms, location and breakfast are always good

We weren't able to use the hot tub on the terrace as apparently they had just added chlorine. I'm not sure why you would do that on a Saturday so it seemed like an excuse or bad planning. The shower also wasn't properly hot, all other times we've been here it has been fine so maybe just bad luck

Second time visiting and it was as good as the first if not better. Value for money is a steal. Breakfast options (including gluten free)..amazing. Rooms were clean ..and just perfect overall. Ironing facilities Staff was very nice and accommodating Less than 10m walk to Torbole centre/bus station

Clean, comfortable and close to town.

The walk on foot to reach the hotel was on a narrow single track road which at time has no walk way, it’s very quiet though, so not too bad, just a bit nervous in case a car came as some parts nowhere to stand back.

Very clean, nice view to the mountain from the balcony, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast. Very comfortable chech in after chech in hours (keys were left at the lobby)

The stunning view, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff truly made the experience special breakfast was the best

Need more air conditioning It wasn’t bad but ac is important

There was no fridge in the bedroom, and the front desk guy couldn't help us put our drink in a fridge to cool it. There was no vent in the windowless bathroom, which wasn't nice. Good breakfast, though.

I like everything about this hotel. Room is small but it was okay for us. Very clean and cozy

The stuff was friendly, the room very clean and the breakfast was good. They had cereals and fresh fruits etc, more then only sweet stuff that you typically find as breakfast in Italy. The location was nice, a little bit outside from the busy area but also close by

Somehow was always noisy in the morning. The walls are like paper, there was no announce silence time, so at 7 in the morning the stuff where cleaning other rooms or the other guests were not interested to keep it a little quite on the hall way Also, being an eco hotel, the AC was set by default on 19 degrees, energy eco. Unfortunately on a really hot summer day that it is really not enough
