We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel with my husband. The entire place was spotless, and the terrace was simply stunning – beautifully maintained with an unforgettable view. Everything on the terrace was clean, organized, and made for the perfect spot to relax. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and very generous – a real highlight of our stay! The ladies serving breakfast were incredibly friendly and always smiling, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere each morning. What made our stay even more special was the amazing owner. He was extremely helpful, always smiling, and had a relaxed, friendly approach that made us feel right at home. His attitude truly sets the tone for the whole place. We’re already looking forward to coming back, and we’ll definitely be recommending this gem to our friends and family!

Not such a thing

Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to public transport and the heart of the town. The bedroom was clean, spacious and newly renovated. The outdoor garden is beautiful and is a great place to relax in. We enjoyed our short stay, the breakfast was perfect with lots of meat and cheese options, there were multiple desserts available and they changed every day. This is a great hotel with very pleasant owners who take very good care of their place. Look no further if you are staying in Torbole, this is a magnificent hotel.

Everything was perfect!

The staff were excellent especially Lidija. I was part of a group running the Half Marathon and we were concerned about how we could get to Arco for the start. When asking about public transportation she offered to come in on her morning off, at 8am on a Sunday and drive everyone to the start line. This was exceptional customer service. They also started breakfast an hour early at 6am to accommodate our groups and other guests running.

Rooms were basic and no shampoo

This was an absolutely amazing experience! The staff is incredibly positive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is very stylish, with lots of beautiful plants that add a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was exquisite, and the pastries were simply outstanding — fresh and incredibly delicious! Everything was top-notch, couldn’t be better! I’ll gladly come back again.

Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Good quiet location but close enough to shops, bars, etc. Clean room, nice shower with quality toiletries. Tea/coffee making facilities. Appreciated the bike storage and facilities. Lovely outside garden area. The highlight was the breakfast, which was exceptional. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely be back

Positive stay experience. Nice area around the hotel, helpful owners. The biggest advantage of the hotel is breakfast - a good selection and, more importantly, very good quality products. The rooms were clean. Good location close to the center and at the same time peace and quiet.

The biggest downside for me was blocking the temperature on the air conditioning to 24 degrees. I understand that some guests cool the rooms to low temperatures and this involves a lot of electricity, but the temperature of 24 degrees is too high. 22 would be perfect. The room we were in was a bit small, but we knew that - the photos on booking reflect the size of the room.

A nice very modern designhotel with a small room (where design was clearly favoured over function). Excellent buffe breakfast in a very nice englased terrass next to a very pretty garden (where there was a spa bath, shower and sunbeds). Very nice personnell! Elevator up to rooms.

The room was small and the two separate beds very very narrow. Function of handbasin in bathroom. Ten Euros for parkering was a surprise.

Very kind family owners and a wonderful rich breakfast. The room was very clean and a proper good shower, and a nice view over the village. The place is conveniently close to everything at the waterfront but quiet. Much recommended place.

Private parking is paid (10 eu per day) and needs pre booking.

The staff was super friendly which compensated for any shortcomings. The breakfast was delicious.

I didn't like the overall size of things: beds were so narrow so that I fell from it during the night, the toilet was so close to the shower doors that one had a hard time fitting there. Also, the shower floor was very slippery so I was afraid I might get injured. As horrible as this description seems, these were just minor shortcomings.

Wonderful staff and owners, unbelievably abundant breakfast with extraordinary array of options. Beautiful outdoor area with lounge chairs and hot tub. Availability of bar for before or after dinner drinks in the garden was a lovely surprise.

Room a little small and air conditioning a bit weak. Almost too minor to mention given that everything else exceeded expectations. Would love to go back.
