We loved the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Noemi. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake, the room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Everything made our stay very special.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The location very close to the lake, and the adjacent restaurant. The parking behind the hotel is convenient if you have reserved your spot during your stay otherwise it’s small.

The air conditioning is very loud and did not cool our room very well due to where it is placed.we had it at 16 Celsius and the room temperature felt like 23 C.

View stunning. Location perfect. So central. This hotel is the one on all the postcards and magnets. Picturesque. Great restaurant downstairs. Aircon was great.

TV was small but that didn’t matter as there is so much to see and do in town. Would be good if you could book parking via booking.com.

Receipt staff were friendly and very helpful. Storing luggage prior to checking was available

Dinner service was too fast. No time just to enjoy the apéritive befor main course arrived. Pasta cannelloni was reheated - probably microwaved

The location was superb, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was very good and on-site parking was a real bonus. Most particularly, though, the staff were excellent - especially the two receptionists we met. They made you feel very welcome and they went out of their way to be most helpful.

Everything was superb. The hotel is located right by the lake, with a stunning view. The front desk staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast had many varieties. I can’t wait for the summer when I will spend my vacation here.

The staff was mega friendly and flexible. The fscilities were in general very well taken care of and breakfast was very good.

The lobby area shows a few chairs and tables to sit on but somehow i found difficult to sit down and use my computer there.
