Location is perfect for sightseeing and exploring the lake. There are some calm and peaceful beaches nearby as well as walking paths. We had a nice view from the balcony as well.

Have to pay for any extra: we wanted to change the towels after 3 days, but was asked to pay extra, so we declined. Also, no cleaning for 6 days. Sometimes in the weekends it could be noisy at night, because of the bar nearby.

Waking up with a lake view in front of the marina - priceless!! Bathroom was very clean, modern and had all the essentials. Having space to store my bike overnight was also very useful. I arrived late and night, and the staff were extremely well prepared and effective at arranging self-checkin services. Really took any concerns out of my travel.

Nice location

We really enjoyed our stay in Residence Cristine. Check-in was easy, location was great and the apartment was great. They offer free filtered water which was perfect for the hot weather. We filled our water bottles up every time we went out. Our dog was welcomed and even received a gift. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to beaches and a great walkalong the lake to the city. I would be happy to stay here again. There was an option to use the washing machine, which was nice.

No big complaints. The kettle might need to be replaced, but it was useable.

This 2 level résidence is situated at only 200m from a beach, and walking distance to shopping center and many restaurants. The walkway by the beach takes you to the old center of Riva del Garda. This is a vibrant place for active holidays.

We stayed 3 nights and didnt need anything special. The apartment was well equipped.

Great apartments with an amazing balcony view. The mountain view was the main reason to book it, and it was absolutely worth it. The room and the kitchen were good. The parking space is large enough for a combi car. A bike rental service is nearby. The location is quiet.

The fridge is noisy in the night. Nothing else.

The property is perfect, exactly as pictured and all the facilities are ideal - particularly the great shower and comfortable bed! Carlo was very helpful upon arrival and contactable on WhatsApp for anything we needed. The location is ideal, less than a 10 minute walk to the lake and our balcony had a lovely view too. The sailing bar around the corner was great for a nice cocktail and L'Ora restaurant is only a two minute walk away - the food was so good that we went twice during the trip! The centre of things is about a 20 minute walk away, but there were so many nice places within walking distance that we didn't really need to go there often. The Coop supermarket was also nearby, which made it easy to stock the fridge with food and drink

The road outside could be a little noisy after 7am and the hairdryer in the bathroom could have been better, plus some handsoap would have been a nice addition to make the place even more welcoming!

The host was unbelievably friendly, and helpful. Terrace is amazing! Apartment: bathroom beautiful, inside of the room looks quite new. Everything was perfect

We would like to extend our stay, but of course, it was sold out for the next days😃

Clean and well equipped apartment in a beautiful place (near the beach). Air conditioning, wending machines, place to leave bikes. Friendly owner

It's a bit loud (when the window is open) in the evening because of the cars and loud bikes but after midnight it's ok.

the outside of the building isn’t pretty but once you’re inside it doesn’t matter
