Nice pool/gardens. Room and a/c was comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Parking was well organised. Location was good, walkable to the lake and shops.

The hotel seemed to be focused on the older generation. Gym area is tiny and insufficient, the organised activities like aqua gym and yoga and limited to 2 days a week, the evening entertainment is the same guy playing the same songs every night on the piano and focusing on people who can tango or waltz focusing on 5% of the hotel guests, ignoring 95% of the hotel guests finishing at 11pm sharp, the reception lady was very unfriendly and cut us short on check in and when when we asked a question about lost property, some of the evening restaurant staff quite rude.

The room was large and comfortable with a balcony ,sunloungers ,chairs and table..excellent shower .Large restaurant, Food was very good ,Waiters were attentive and friendly as were all the staff .The owner was often around, chatting to guests ,There are 2 swimming pools ,indoors and out.Poolside bar and terrace ,Another terrace with evening entertainment. Plenty of seating. Personally i can't fault this hotel..

Ladies receptionist were not friendly with non European people barely understand English. No concierge to help with luggage you do it yourself no room services even for ice towels and bath rope waren out TV channels mostly Italian no translation to English concierge desk been unattended for 9 days paper cups for water and coffee

Big room, nice balcony, lots of breakfast options. The outdoor pool seemed great, unfortunately we did not use it because of the weather. Sauna was decent.

Coffee was not great, unless you asked for it directly from staff, then they would bring a good cappuccino. Felt a little bit crowded everywhere. We couldn't use the inside pool because there were lots of kids jumping and screaming everywhere.

Very welcoming and helpful staff at Hotel Savoy, which had a great choice at breakfast and the meal we had at the hotel was also good. A decent walk of 20 mins along the Lake shore to get to the town centre. Where there are a good selection of shops with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Utterly stunning scenery everywhere with many things to do and see, a car not essential but widens your options to explore some amazing places in all directions .

Wi-fi at the hotel was not very good . Weather was a let down but always a gamble in October.

Location was good. It's near the beach. The majority of city restaurants are a bit further. Breakfast was also good. There were two chefs - one was baking pancakes, other was baking eggs/omelette. The variety of foods was satisfactory.

Fantastic hotel on the edge of Riva town. A large, spacious hotel with excellent facilities. Extensive buffet breakfast each morning, a very wide range of foods with omelettes and pancakes made to order. Also plentiful fruit, bread, ham and cheese, even cake. Nice pool set in well tended gardens. Games room downstairs and plenty of well maintained bicycles to use with a nominal deposit only. It really has everything you might need for a fantastic holiday.

It takes around 20-30 mins to walk into town, at a gentle stroll along the pedestrian lake shore paths. Not really a negative!

We loved everything. The hotel is a real winner in terms of cleanliness, good staff, great food, facilities and location. we were really impressed. the hotel appears a bit tired in parts, but it is absolutely spotlessly clean and has everything that you need. really great quality breakfast & lots of choice. we ate dinner once and it was the same quality. As a family of 4 with 2 small children, we really had a lovely time and would go back in the future. our children loved the pool.

Location of hotel was spot on everything was a five minute walk away,staff couldn't do a enough for you.

Sadly the room was a bite small and outdated some parts of the hotel could do with a little lift.

At first I felt like I didn’t like the place but it had everything you need and bikes which is perfect to have for the area. Also, it was most amazing breakfast I had with the best croissants made by the chef 🥐

The interior design feels outdated but it’s very solid and doesn’t matter because everything else was great!
