New room interior.. Very fancy shower with water from all directions. Good beds. Excellent quiet air condition. Balcony has some view over mountains but mainly in a private backyard. Close to the beach walking/bike area. Breakfast has all I needed and more. Parking in the nearby shopping area garage worked well.

Some more variety of bread and omelette would have made the perfect breakfast.

The room was very modern and extremely clean, very comfortable bed, lovely balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom had a jazzy coloured light shower and everything was finished to a really high standard. It was only a short walk to the beaches on the east of Riva Garda. Being awkward and English, we arrived a bit early and the owner Oscar made our room ready as soon as possible for us. We also asked if there was any chance of a kettle and he arrived at our room shortly afterwards with a kettle, cups, saucers and a variety of drinks, which was very kind and much appreciated. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly. We would definitely recommend!

The best place in Riva del Garda as I know dozen of hotels there ... Newly refurbished with very modern and high class design fitting, from the fancy shower to lighting, fantastic bed and mattress, fridge, Smart TV and even wardrobes are smelling like rose etc ... you are in another world all together ! The care and money which has been invested in this place is just amazing ! It deserved a 5 star rating easily and I was surprised to find only a three star. A romantic spot at a reasonable price regarding the Riva del Garda prices market and all the fittings and facilities provided. Lovely brioches and fantastic coffee machine for cappuccino regarding breakfast. I definitely will be back ... Keep up the good work

A very nice small hotel with great personnel and service. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to the beautiful Pini beach, restaurants and a shopping mall. A very good breakfast is served in the morning and you can choose to sit in the garden if you like. Our room was perfect and clean, located on the 3rd floor with a large balcony and beautiful view. The room and hotel is very clean. The room is cleaned everyday and towels changed. My family and I were very satisfied with our stay and we give our highest recommendations. We would love to come back. Thank you!

Beautiful modern room with very comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Tech friendly, so no looking for adaptors. Good breakfast offering and only a few minutes walk from the lake. Highly recommend and definitely will visit again.

What an excellent surprise to have this nice stay at reasonable price! Property was very new and everything was sparkling clean. Rooms were spacious and balcony was a great plus. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good ac and parking on street next to hotel was easy. Staff was superb! Could not have been better

Host was very nice and helpfully. You can see mountain from balcony. Accommodation is well located. 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the ferry port. Near the restaurants and if you forget something at home there is a coop at 5 minutes. Is a very peaceful location.

Very nice, clean, modern and quiet hotel, cleaning the room and changing towels every day, tasty and rich breakfests, parking, friendly approach.. Nearby is the beach at the lake from which you can enjoy a marvelous walk to the centre.. And the site itself is really charming! Thanks!

Great quiet location which was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute lovely lakeside walk into the old town for all the great restaurants and bars. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice and the room was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony. Free parking too. Great, easy check in.

Absolutely stunning personal attitude! You will feel like at home! Fresh design of the rooms, very comfortable and suitable. Room system automation was covered by last high technology of room usage!
