I recommend the hotel to everyone.Location is ideal. The location is ideal in the center of town, close to everywhere, 350 m to the lake, friendly and helpful staff, absolutely delicious food. Breakfast super....Pizza as I heard and read in the reviews the best in town.Pro-family hotel.Everything is working and most importantly that the air conditioning worked.Order throughout the hotel.Staff including the boss wonderful.I recommend to everyone, I was here with my wife and child 5 nights .Surely I will return here .Very attractive prices.!Thank you for a great stay.See you there.

The location was great, just on the lake shore (you could see the sun rise over the water from the balcony), and only a 2 minute walk from the old city center. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, beds comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. Not to forget the excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

If I must say something here, it would be that the windows didn't reduce the traffic noise, but take in consideration that I am a very light sleeper 🙂

Lovely friendly welcome. Everything neatly explained. Comfy bed and shower was powerful and hot! Breakfast was actually very comparable to all other resort type breakfasts. Two days earlier we were in a 4 star and it was exactly the same. :) Tasty, plenty of choice and nice kind service. Location is a 12 min walk to Riva old town - but the coastal path make's it worth while. It's not a frilly kind of place but for a budget option, it warmly deserves an 8.5!

Parking is a little far on foot 700metre - but again, easily do-able. And they have barrier/secure etc. 8euros for peace of mind.

The location is great, just opposite of the ice-cream shop only 15 min walk from the center. For breakfast everyone will find something good. Many items. The room was cleaned every day. Nice view from the balcony to the mountains.

There is a smell from the toilet, but you just need to close the door and it is ok. The shower cabin is a bit small. Remember to not close the door of balcony completely, when you are on it. It will not open again from outside and you will need to call reception.

The location was great, very convenient that the main promenade is literally a three minute walk away. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the old town is about a 10-minute walk away. The staff was very kind. We chose this hotel mainly because of the pet-friendly concept. But I would gladly visit this place again, the impressions were very pleasant.

The lake is located across the street, so the distance to the beach 2 mins by foot. There are many shops and restaurants around. The hotel has its own restaurant, we can recommend it. Breakfast consist mostly of the sweet choices, but there is some ham, boiled eggs, salami and cheese available as well. The red orange juice was delicious. Room was as in the pictures, we had nice balcony view to the lake, but it comes with the price of noise. The street to the lake is super busy and noisy, which can be heard in the room. The bathroom is reconstructed and clean, however the tubes were stinky (maybe because it was rainy and there was different pressure). Shower is however very small in size, I guess 70x70 cm so it is hard to fit in. The free public parking is 700 meters away from the hotel, there were plenty of parking places, but we were there in off-season during the week. Overall, it was good value for the money. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful by giving us a local map and drawing all the free parking zones. The breakfast was the same each day, but it was a good breakfast. The rooms were cleaned and well kept daily. The hotel is right by a busy street, so you'll hear cars, busses and people constantly, however the balcony door was very good at blocking the noise so we could sleep soundly at night.

There was a smell in the bathroom that we just couldn't get rid off, even if we had the window open at all times. As if there was something wrong with the pipes.

Breakfast was typical Italian, Soy milk on request available, also extra prosciutto. We arrived very late, so got our room keys in a small locker box outside. Staff had prepared this by emailing us photos to describe exactly how to get the keys, and called us that evening to make sure we knew how to get in. Very thoughtful! Overall, staff members were exceptionally friendly. Also, we had reserved for 5 but then (due to sickness) showed up with only 4 people: we were then only charged for 4 people, without even asking.

Parking was a little difficult to find at first

Everything matches the description, the rooms are small but cozy and equipped with air conditioning , very friendly staff , answer all questions and help with advice , delicious breakfasts , the location is convenient, two minutes from the bus stop , from where you can leave Riva del Garda without stopping at the bus station . Very convenient location, in the very center, in the evening you can eat at a restaurant, 5 minutes to the public beach ,and a very beautiful park , it is suitable for hiking , there is an ice cream parlor across the street from the hotel . I liked everything , the room has a beautiful view , thanks to the hotel and I recommend this place .

I liked everything

This hotel has great old world charm. We arrived early and we’re able to store luggage until checkin. Bus stop from Rovereto was about 200 metres before the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious and had a nice balcony. Bathroom was well presented and clean. Wifi was good. Very nice breakfast buffet which was included in the price. The restaurant attached to the hotel had an extensive menu and seemed good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
