Absolutely great breakfast. Really good drinks at the bar. Comfortable parking, though, could get a bit hard to manoeuvre with a big car if only the back spots remain. We got a discount card for many good restaurants. And on Friday, everyone got a free buffet dinner. Spa is beautiful, and on Sunday at 2 p.m., we were alone in there.

On some days, the WiFi was rather unstable. Though we were too lazy to go tell the staff, they might have been able to fix it. The centre sounds nearby, but after a day walking around venice or other nearby cities, those 15-20 minutes feel like an hour.

The staff at the hotel were first class, so nice, friendly and helpful .. for example I was cycling on the last day when I checked out they said I could leave the car for a few hours and when I came back they had pre-heated a shower and changing room and gave me a fresh towel .. in addition when I checked out the reception staff gave me a bag with water and an apple for my trip home... nice, really nice. The Breakfast and bar staff were equally helpful and kind ... food and drink in the hotel was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful few days of peace.

I especially liked the little hidden path to the lake and the garden area... very peaceful

So glad that we chose this lovely hotel. Relaxing environment, beautiful elegant surroundings, each member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend the Parc Flora to friends and would love to revisit some day. We visited the Spa which was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was extensive in choice and you could eat on the verandah if you wanted to overlooking the well maintained gardens and swimming pool. Overall, a really great stay.

The hotel was an amazing boutique hotel and exceeded our expectations. Our friends we travelled with had stayed there before and said it was a fantastic stay and it really was. The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable and it was in a very quiet location. The breakfast is outstanding and even offered the most delicious cakes such as homemade apple pie, cheesecake and macarons and cream cakes which we couldn’t resist trying as we were on holiday! Why not… Fresh squeezed orange juice, make your own pancakes and boil your own eggs were delicious. We hired bikes for €4 per day to see more of the area. The hotel is decorated in a classy and elegant fashion and it feels so grand for a small hotel. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and were exceptional in helping you have the best time. The pool and gardens were stunning.

The hotel and surrounding areas were lovely. The rooms were large and clean and the bike hire was great. All the staff were brilliant and breakfast was exceptional with lots of fresh choices

We liked the distance to the main town, we either walked it or cycled it and both were great. If you aren’t that mobile it’s a bit of a walk but the most breathtaking view

Excellent hotel, close to a very nice beach and a big mall that has couple nice shops and restaurants. It has very nice breakfast with a nice view to the hotel’s garden and pool. It offers nice discounts on restaurants, cable car and boat. Very nice service with nice people that are welling to help. The centre is considerably close around 15 min walking. The hotel offers bike ride with affordable prices. I like the room, how everything is available and nice organized.

Everything was fantastic for us. Our room was great, the bathroom was spotless and really well presented. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. They were informative and helpful upon our check in. The hotel itself is beautiful and the spa is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast has a great array of choice and was very tasty. Very conveniently located in Riva del Garda, you're less than a minute's walk from the beach front and have a bus stop outside the front the hotel. Couldn't complain with my stay here even if I tried. Everything was brilliant. Thank you all!

Everything was perfect - the rooms, the service and everything else. The breakfast was incredible. We especially want to thank Lawrence from reception, who went above and beyond for us! We will definetly stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The garden was so pretty, the breakfast was beyond wonderful, we enjoyed the pool, the location was great for walking to the lakefront and restaurants and the staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked out they even gave us some fruit and water bottles to take with us on our car journey we would definitely stay at Parc Hotel Flora again.

Helpful staff. Very clean. Parking availability at site. Rich breakfast. Nice room with a large comfortable bed. Stylish lobby and backyard with pool. Spa with several types of steam rooms and sauna. Great location.

The bathroom a bit outdated, especially shower cabin. Sound insulation could be slightly better
