The hotel was lovely and clean. They provided a good array for breakfast of your standard continental buffet, meats cheeses eggs bread and juice with tea and coffee. We had some issues with our car and ended up having to get it recovered, the hotel staff were fantastic speaking to the Italian recovery agent and translating for us. We nearly had to stay an extra night and they booked that for us without a full commitment to it which was great! The staff were the most lovely people and most helpful.

The room was on the small side, 2 adults it was quite snug with not alot of storage space. There aren't many hangers in the wardrobe and only 3 draws in there too. The bathroom is on the dated side aesthetically but was fully functional and good water pressure.

The staff were wonderful. Really accommodating and friendly. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk from the lake. Then 25 minutes to the main town. The breakfast had lots of choice (cold meats, scrambled eggs, breads, cake, yoghurt, cereal and pastries). The pool was cold but very clean.

It was a good basic hotel with a few extras so theres lots of improvements which could be made but overall it was a good stay. For example, it has noisy window shutters but they are amazing at blocking out the light.

Rooms and hotel generally were very clean, great breakfasts with loads of options. Good value and tasty lunches too on a couple of days. Staff were polite and friendly. Good position to explore Riva (15min walk to centre) and Tombole (walkable too). Found space for car in car park fine.

Pool was cold. Room a little dated but it was fine.

The location was great for exploring Riva del Garda. We had a balcony with a table and chairs and it was very nice sitting there. The breakfast was nice.

The shower's draining was pretty slow so the shower filled with water pretty quick and drained slowly so you showered with your feet in the water.

It's very close to the main street of the resort with parking at the back of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were available. The breakfast was exceptional with good quality savoury items and so many cakes to choose from. A lot of effort has been put in to offer guests so much variety.

The mountain view its amazing, swimming pool is ok too just enough for my height, my hubby enjoyed it much & the breakfast, its yummy. The staffs were kind. Location, wow! Near from restaurants, malls, shops & to the lake.

Though the bathroom was clean there are ants on the floor. The a/c not so cold. I requested for a queen bed, but it came out 2 single beds. 😑

Clean room, friendly stuff, good location. Family suit is big and comes with a big terrace to chill with the entire family just right next to the pool.

The breakfast was not so good - powder based scrambled eggs, raw soft bacon, dry bread.

Friendly staff!! Everyone was friendly. Nice pool with lots of space...parking easy and close. Breakfast normal and good 👍. 3 blocks from mall. 9 min walk to the sea. 😉

Only thing was air conditioning you couldn't make cooler than normal. It was fine though. Comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but lacks fried eggs or pouched eggs and fresh salad leafs. Parking was not a problem. Lobby bar is very convenient.

The hotel is a bit old, some things need refreshment.

Advertised as a 10 minute walk into Riva, but in reality it’s closer to 25/30 minutes. 2 members staff were unfriendly and rude at times, but the rest of the staff were lovely
