Family owned and run (increasingly rare), which I prefer to support. Nice people. Room and bathroom were simple, clean, comfy. Had a mini-fridge, a very welcome perk for me, and a table and chair. Room had nice bright light so I could see to read and knit without having to use a headlamp, as is too often the case. Convenient location. Nice to have the restaurant downstairs after a long day of hiking, so I didn't have to walk far. Operable windows for ventilation.

My room was next to the restaurant's ventilation compressor on the roof, which would sometimes turn on for a few minutes in the afternoon (lunchtime?) and was quite loud. I only noticed because I was hanging out in the room in the afternoon before heading out to explore. The compressor didn't run at night or in the morning so wasn't a problem for sleeping, thankfully.

Great location. Just a few hundred metres from the lake and Mo te Brione. Good shopping nearby. A graet gelateria just across the road. About a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, but local buses also available. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Can be a bit noisy in the front rooms due to traffic and the late night crowds at the gelateria. The room was adequate, but a little tired. Unusual bathroom layout.

Very nice hotel in perfect location. Great view out of the window on the main street. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Great room service. Tasty breakfast with great coffee from local coffee roastery. Parking. Spacious balcony. Ceiling fan. Perfect restaurant downstairs. - We enjoyed our stay a lot!

No A/C.

Cheap hotel in the perspective of the (perfect) location close to the lake and city center, however you should expect a higher level of noise from the main street (traffic, bars). Nice restaurant in the ground floor (relatively cheap and tasty pastas and pizzas, house wine). A small parking place behind the hotel, other possibilites for free parking ca. 300 m far. Friendly staff.

Smell in the bathroom (sewage). Really simple breakfast. No A/C (could be a problem for sleeping for someone due to the noisy main street).

Breakfast was good (Italian continental), place is exceptional. Very friendly personnel, very good kitchen, everything is much more than we expected. Will return.

The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The room rate was fair enough.

It was quite noisy at night because downstairs is pizzeria and many restaurants nearby. There’s no air conditioner at room but with a fan on the ceiling, though I didn’t know how to turn it on. There wasn’t a big selection of breakfast.

The hotel is close to the Beach, and the breakfast was good. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent with fair Prices.

The Parkinsons facilities are not good.

Great location, very good breakfast, every day cleaned room, parking by the hotel, nice staff and owner, comfotable beds, super bathroom and good restaurant.

Older equipment, but old does not mean bad and for the price is it more than ok.

Very nice hotel, excellent location just near the lake and everything else, amazing staff. Special thanks to the best receptionist man! Very good cleaning team. This place is just a gem in terms of price/quality ratio.
