Lovely hotel very close the the lake -a beautiful scenic walk along the lake to Riva town area. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh and lots of choice. Initially we were allocated a room facing the road near the petrol station but the very friendly, helpful lady on reception couldn't do enough to help us and she very quickly sorted a room facing the lake on the 3rd floor. A special thanks must be given to her as we were there for 6 nights so made a massive difference to our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, all the staff were so friendly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Riva.

On my day of arrival, the Hotel was very helpful in communicating with me and making me aware of how to get in, if I was going to arrive late. The room we were assigned was on the top floor and was big and comfortable.It had a balcony with two sun loungers, it was huge . The view of the Lake and Mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. There was a great selection of food at breakfast The hotel is only a 30s walk away from the Lake, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Next door is Happy Bike, where you can hire an ebike to explore this lovely part of the world. I would definitely love to come back and stay at this Hotel again.

Everything was perfect.

The large room was well equipped. Bathroom was also large, everything you needed was there: shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. Breakfast was very good for a good start of the day: from tomato, cheese, ham to hot dishes, fruits, yoghurts, muesli, cakes and croissants and vitamin juices. staff is very nice. The hotel is located just a few meters from the beautiful promenade directly on Lake Garda. Shops can also be reached in a few minutes. Everything was wonderful.

Great location, super nice and friendly staff! Rooms were spacious enough and had a fridge in them. We got some things for our dog which is super appreciated! We could use the bicycles from the hotel for free which is great. Silvia who worked there was fantastic as well as the others. Always welcoming us with a smile to cuddling with our dog.

A minor note that while the rooms has been painted etc to be more modern, the bathrooms still look like they are form when the hotel was built in the 80s (I guess) and could perhaps use an upgrade. But I have no concerns there really, it all worked as expected and for me that is all I really need. The AC made some strange noises at times but nothing that really bothered me.

Despite limited check-in hours, the property provided self-checking instructions, which worked flawlessly. Spacious room and bathroom. Spacious terrace with lounger facing the side opposite from the road. Unfortunately, one can't see the lake, but one can absolutely enjoy mountains view. Bus stop is just a minute or two away. Prosecco was served for breakfast!

A bit shabby state of the room. Little to none refill of the breakfast buffet. Overall, I can definitely recommend the property and will certainly consider it again should I be back in Riva del Garda.

Excellent location (even though it was next to a gas station), close to the beach and all the amenities. Dog friendly, decent size of the room.

Room price could be lower, considering that some elements in the hotel and room should be renovated/updated.

The staff was very helpful and gave us tips about visiting Riva center as well as other towns around Lake Garda. The room was clean and spacious and located 20 minutes away from the center (on foot) with the promenade along the lake just behind the hotel, making the walk a very pleasurable one.

Execellent service by the lady who assisted during the breakfast time! Diana was lovely 😍 At the reception laura and the guy who helped us at the checkout was very kind! We had a problem with the office booking, and the guy who we talked with, Mr. Matteo was a bit persistent and did not believe us in the beginning, but they managed the situation and at the end the problem was solved!

The area was lovely we enjoyed every single minute!

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. It's not on the beach, but is a very short walk away from it. The breakfast is good without being great. Certainly good variety and enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a good bike storage room. The beds were comfortable and there was a good balcony (but way too hot to use when we were there)

The hotel is quite warm on a warm day, so the air conditioning is required (even at night). The door to the balcony should be changed as it is possible to lock yourself onto the balcony.

I came with car and I was in front of Hotel. Very fast came person from reception outside and she helped me to take Hotels own Parking place. Very, very good service! Eleven stars from ten!!! All "FAG:s" was in board in the elevator, check out time, breakfast time etc. Easy and simple, saving staffs time! Situation was perfect, only 250 meters from Lake Garda. Good restaurants and gelaterias very near. Buffet breakfast was very good and atmosphere was nice. Thank you!
