The location was great, super accesible to the beach, and about 10-15 minutes walk from town centre. Room was nice and clean, cleaning was done every day. The room had A/C, fridge, hair dryer, little toiletries, there was enough space in the room, as well as spacious wardrobe. Nice balcony with beautiful mountain view. It was possible to sit on the balcony and enjoy dinner or drinks. Breakfast was absolutely incredible, with lots of different options. There were lots of delicious cakes, pancakes, yogurt station, eggs, breakfast pizza, ham, cheeses, spreads. Coffee was delicious too. Pasta night was a really nice experience. Staff was super friendly and nice.

Town was a little busier than we expected, but that is understandable in the hight of summer season. There was noise that we could hear all the time from A/C in the room next to us, as it seemed our neighbours never turned it off.

Everything was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, everything was very clean, good breakfast very nice view from the pool and also in generell the outside parts were very nice. If you travel without a plan don’t worry they have lots of information about outdoor activities. You can rent bikes there and even do a yoga class for free in the hotel. If you’d prefer to just relax and do nothing you’ll also have a great time at the pool.

The room was pretty standard. Clean, not super spacious, but not cramped. We had a balcony with a partial view of the lake. There was a refrigerator, which was nice. The staff we interacted with were all excellent and very friendly/helpful. As most other reviews have mentioned: the breakfast is amazing!

One of the outlets by the bed was loose, so my charger wouldn't stay in.

The staff was very friendly! They upgraded us to a superior room for free, which had a nice little patio with chairs and a coffee table and deck chairs. They also offered a shower and place to change on our last day after our check-out. The breakfast was amazing! Plenty of options and a custom made eggs or omelette, which was delicious. The location is very nice. Not in the front row but literally a minute walk from a very nice beach and 10-15 min walk to Riva del Garda city center. They also offered us a Garda guest card, which offers some interesting free or discount activities (we did the panoramic lift for free and the adventure park with a 20% discount). We did not use the pool (because the lake is so close and much better in our opinion) but it also looked very nice.

Some facilities were better than others. We liked our room but there were a few hairs in the bathroom on the towels.

For someone who likes cakes and plants (like me), this is the perfect place to stay. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of cakes, but also plenty of savory options (vegetarian and vegan friendly). The swimming pool was pleasant and surrounded by lovely plants and trees. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It included fresh deli and bread, fruits, omelettes, organic teas and jams, and the coffee machine worked really well! The location was great, in close proximity to the centre and other towns. The hotel also offered bike rentals. The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The style of the room didn’t match the style of the foyer and dining area, but honestly, that’s just knit-picking. We would come back 100%.

Very good hotel, 7 minutes walk distance to the lake and shopping outlet. Friendly staff, clean room, very good breakfast, parking included. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again in future.

I had a great stay at Hotel Gabry! Everything was perfect. The staff is super nice. Breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options. Would love to stay here again.

This 3-star hotel was better than other 4-star hotels we stayed at in Italy. They had one of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices and high-quality food. We also get a free room upgrade for free. Would definitely come back.
