We stayed here for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the yoghurt was amazing! We were able to hire bicycles at an affordable fee and the swimming pool was lovely and mostly no one else was using it! The manager was very helpful and the reception is open 24hours. The room had everything we needed with a small balcony. At night we could hear some loud people on the street passing by which might bother some people but it wasn't a problem for us at all! The location isn't central but close to shops and restaurants!

It was okay for us but the shower might not be accessible for all body sizes.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Water pressure and temperature was great. Outdoor poor and lawn area was big and inviting. Location was perfect. Very close to everything we wanted.

Room was way too small and too basic. Bed (not mattress) needs to be completely replaced as its core structure was a metal bar that was bent due to being old and overused - mattress actually seemed ok. Shower was too small - my wife and I are not large people and we still struggled to shower in the space. For the time of year, the price was ok, but any other time of year, I would expect 70-80 euros per night

Lovely modern and very clean hotel in a very good location. Room was very spacious with a large balcony and a view of the mountains in the distance. Was a bit worried about getting the room on a 1st floor as usually the noise insulation in the hotels are very poor and it’s impossible to get a good night sleep. Luckily didn’t have any issues this time. Really enjoyed the pool area. Was pleasantly surprised that most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Even though the hotel was fully booked.

It was getting a bit painful to look at the sad staff faces in the morning. Maybe it’s time to increase the wages or do something else to make them a bit happier. Just a friendly suggestion not a complaint 😉

This was our second time staying here, and we're very likely to come back again next year. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, close to the lake and several restaurants. The pool is clean, with plenty of sunbeds both in the sun and in the shade. There's a parking area and even space for e-bikes, which is a big plus. Great value for the money

Great location, very close to restaurants and Lake Garda. Clean and tidy rooms. The pool and sunbeds are amazing. The pool bar was also open. Accepted to the apartment together with a pet (dog), for which we are very grateful. Breakfast was very good.

The only minus is the environmental supervisor, who for unknown reasons started cleaning the environment very loud at 7 am. in the morning and at 11 p.m. in the evening, which really disturbed calm sleep. Staff have been asked to fix this issue. Everything else was perfect.

i like the room and the bathroom. it’s spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. they serve delicious breakfast. the surroundings are clean too and we enjoyed the pool. the location is perfect cause it’s near the lake and the center

Clean rooms, very nice staff, good location, quiet.

Breakfasts are the same each day, sometimes bread is not fresh, very loud AC in the room, cold water in the pool.

The hotel is small and welcoming, and the staff is super nice and helpful. The room is nice and clean and there's a hotel parking. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is nice, not the best quality, but it gets you started nicely for the day.

Blankets were a bit worn out, but clean. We had a good nice sleep. The room was a bit small for 4 people, but we were there only to rest our heads...so it was good enough for us

The room we stayed was really quiet! The room was a bit small for a family of 3, but we managed it! The swimming pool in the hotel is a great option for the lake and you can have a few drinks on it! The parking lot in the hotel was helpful in handling the luggage. The walk to the city centre by the lake is a must-do! Terrific views and amazing atmosphere!

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big thanks to Roco for his help. As a solo traveller, I had a single room. So single bed but with a pool view! The room was good value for money, especially compared to other hotels in the region. Very clean and perfect location a few meters from the beach. Ah, and the breakfast was great too.

Nothing to complain about. Really nothing.
