Loved our stay in this hotel, very good value for money. The staff was very polite and helpful, from beginning to the end of our stay. Very clean room (cleaned daily and towels replaced), with the quietest air conditioning I have ever seen. Abundant and fresh breakfast every morning, with gorgeous views of the palm trees and the mountains (very little view of the Lake Garda, though). Very clean pool, although not heated but it was OK when we stayed as it was hot. We would return without hesitation and we would highly recommend this hotel if we can return to this area again.

Amazing location, one of the best on Lake Garda. A great beach where you can choose a spot on the lawn in the shade in the morning. I really liked spending time in the pool, where it was just an oasis of peace. Breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the mountains was amazing. Parking in front of the hotel. We went all around the lake and I think our hotel was in the perfect town in the perfect location on Lake Garda.

I didn't like a few little things that didn't have a big impact on the stay. A glass bathroom wall in a four-bed room is nonsense when the family has a teenage daughter. It was also difficult to dry wet clothes after swimming in the lake or pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, which includes my husband and our toddler son. I was impressed by its excellent location. Situated close to the lake, it offers easy access to a charming cafeteria/restaurant nearby, which serves drinks and broadcasts football matches on TV. Additionally, a delightful gelato place is just a short walk away, and the mall is only a few minutes from the hotel. The hotel also boasts a lovely pool, perfect for relaxation. The staff at the reception, particularly Sylvia and Anna, were exceptionally helpful. They assisted us with all our inquiries about tours and local landmarks and were invaluable in arranging taxis, especially when we needed to find a clinic for my son after he got hurt. We also took a trip to Riva using public transport, which the reception staff organized on short notice. Their efficiency and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service, especially for families.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean, and while the breakfast options were limited, everything offered was fresh and delicious. The beds were super comfortable. There were some insects when we opened the window, but that’s totally understandable given the beautiful trees and nature around the property. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Then people who ran the hotel were INCREDIBLE! Honestly, like family. They made sure we were happy and as comfortable as could be. Though when we arrived the room was teeny tiny, maybe just not used to it. But the breakfast was great and fun. If you’re on a budget and need a place to stay, highly recommend this, but don’t expect, luxury spa.

The room was tiny, and the parking was limited. Didn’t feel like the photos online matched the property. Could be cleaner, there were a few hairs found in the room.

The hotel is like your home and the owner is very good person and you feel he is your friend long time ago , the breakfast is very nice and on an amazing terrace, the location is perfect . I regret that i booked only two days. You can spend one week easily. Riva del garda is the most beautiful village i have seen in my life .

I booked 2 rooms and each one was in different floor .

We stayed in an appartment and it had everything we needed. We stayed there as a family of four and we as parents slept on the couch. It was comfortable as regular bed. Kitchen was small but enough to cover the essentials (we ate lunch outside though). But the location was perfect. Just a minute from the lake and cycling paths which was such a plus for us that we didn't even manage to check the swimming pool in those 4 days we were there. And last but not least - with booking an appartment we even got a covered parking lot.

Wine glasses were missing (there were 2 pieces acctually but of quite different sizes) and bottle opener was also missing. :)

Perfect location in Riva Del Garda - just next to spacious green areas by the lake and multiple walking paths and bike lanes - connecting to old town and nearby city of Torbole. Great swimming pool with relaxing area surrounded by palm trees - very relaxing and green - pool being relatively spacious for the size of the hotel - kids loved it. It allows to comfortably refresh when not in mood to delve into the lake or when lake is too cold / too windy. Overall the hotel has a very relaxed vibe with no-pressure attitude - you're not observed constantly nor offered things - but when you need something you ring a bell, someone appears and you can get it organized. It's possible to use to rooftop terrace freely (it's used for breakfasts as well). Room was spacious, with electric shutters which allowed to control light level inside.

Apartment is spacious but it's one large room with all beds in one area. Not separated in any way. Balcony would be a great plus to the apartment. Fridge and small table would help as well in managing daily life (cold drinks, etc) - still it's a hotel room eventually. Breakfasts are sufficient yet simplistic.

The hotel was extremely clean and a fantastic location to walk to the centre of Riva del Garda and Torbole. The shower was extremely powerful and hot! There was a safe in the room and plenty of storage. A great secure bike room for those on bikes. Swimming pool was spotless and great fun! The breakfast was continental and for what we paid for the room was great opportunity to grab a coffee, fruit juice, pastry in the morning before setting off to explore the area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, from main reception, to the cleaners, and breakfast staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

It didn’t effect our stay but a mini fridge would be a welcomed addition just to keep water etc cool in hot months.

I want to return to Lago di Garda just for this accommodation, excellent location - it really couldn't be better, amazing breakfast on the terrace, beautiful pool, quiet environment, very friendly owner, clean rooms, Top thank you
