Amazing hotel with great views and friendly staff. The complex is big with many activities and restaurants options. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

The spa had many restrictions ( it was possible to use the saunas only without swimsuits and slippers), which made it very awkward. There was no information before visiting the spa about the rules regarding wearing clothes in spa and other customers seemed to be confused about the rules. In addition, bike rental was for extra cost, which considering the price of the hotel, should have been for free.

It was our first trip to Garda Lake and luckily we stayed in this hotel, which made our stay so perfect! We had a great welcome,from very friendly reception staff and we were upgraded for free to a bigger room with the view.Thank you! This hotel is beautiful,the park is amazing,all the facilities are great,spa,swimming pools,massage,restaurants,room service with delicious Club Sandwiches for dinner.The hotel has the best location and all the staff of the hotel,absolutely everyone was so friendly, helpful, smiley,and so efficient and proffessional!Thank you ALL!!! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and we would definitely come back with our kids next time,as there is a Kids Club.

Location and the resort garden area.

Double bed has 2 single mattresses. Instead a double bed mattress would have helped. We are a family of 3. Husband wife and 5 yo. Generally sleep on one bed with double bed mattress. But as they provided 2 single bed mattress we had to use sofa bed for one of the adults. As three people wudnt fit in 2 single mattresses. Breakfast can have more variety. Got same food in small hotels too but the scale is big here at Du lac..

Beautifully located resort with view on the lake and mountains. Truly idyllic with palms and tasteful decor. Kids and dogs are welcome here. If you are planning your stay, check if Miniclub season already started. We had one of the bungalows and really loved it here. Every day we were visited by the ducks and the kids made friends with them. Downsides: Not much space for a family of 4 and couch/bed not really comfy. Breakfast is good. Friendly service. We always had lunch and dinner outside. There are many options. There is a Coop and pharmacy just across the hotel. We can recommend bike rental at Gimme Bike.

Grounds are amazing. Room comfortable and spacious. Food at all three restaurants was very good. Great location about 10 min walk into Riva Del Garda. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. I f you can afford pay the extra and get a room on the top floor in the main hotel as the balcony looks out over the stunning grounds, mountains and lake.

Throw away paper and flimsy plastic cups provided in room. Reusable/re-washable plastic cups and glasses would be better.

We were very happy with our park view room, extremely comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed sitting out with an aperitif on the balcony each evening, the staff were really great. The gym was well equipped and the sauna/steam room area being adults only was really great. Very convenient to be able to walk through the park of the hotel and directly onto the lake front, with then a pleasant walk along the shore to the town.

Parking was sometimes an issue with confusion about parking on the carpark directly outside the hotel or in the underground garages

The hotel location was wonderful, we loved being in a bungalow surrounded by nature; hills, trees, ponds, ducks, it was breathtaking! Also everything was a walking distance which is wonderful. The indoor swimming pool was gorgeous, warm and great for chilly days. The bungalow was beautiful, designed well.

1. We thought we chose a hotel which included breakfast (as that’s what we searched for in Booking) so were disappointed to find out that breakfast was included only for the hotel rooms and not for the bungalows guests. 2. Some room issues: the air con didn’t work properly, the tv also, and the room had many ants (I don’t mind a nature vibe but this was too much😩). 3. I didn’t like that the spa area permitted nudity, this is not an adults only hotel.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had in Italy, with a wide variety of high-quality food. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stands out for its breakfast—definitely worth booking a room with breakfast included. The location is excellent, and they offer free parking for guests. We had an EV, and charging was easy and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Italy. The staff were wonderful, always greeting us with a smile. I will definitely come back!

The location is spectacular as well as the surroundings! Excellent breakfast with wide variety of choice and a la carte options 👌🏻 The staff at reception is welcoming and very helpful, special thanks to John (hope the name is correct), the guy who helped with the luggage at check in and check out A lot to do: spa, restaurants, golf, sports, swimming pool, lounge bar Shopping mall near by, so everything is close enough The room was comfy and clean

AC was off, but it is a huge problem as soundproofing in this hotel is on -200 level. You can hear everyone and everything, and unfortunately it much interrupts your stay Also we were not lucky with neighbors, loud noises at night, but staff was helpful here as well We will definitely come back!

Breakfast is incredible. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The resort facilities are fantastic. We used all 3 of the pools, the saunas, hot tub, gym. There bars are also good though we did not use the restaurants (aside from breakfast) so I cannot comment on them. All in all, this is a fantastic resort while maintaining some Italian charm and we would highly recommend it as THE place to stay when in Riva del Garda.

We had basically no complaints. The rooms in our particular building were not the most modern, but it seems like the main hotel building and other buildings are much more modern. Even with that being said, our room was great.
