great location, very nice apartments with everything you need for a short or a long stay. It is as promised: modern, comfortable and quiet place with a fantastic pool on the top floor-the view from there is just breathtaking. Free bikes are big bonus because there are lots of attractions around lake Garda you can reach by just riding a bike.

There is one small remark-parking spaces. It was a bit confusing at first to understand if they are free. There is a possibility to park a car in front of the apartment which we did. But the space is limited. We were in Riva del Garda outside the high season so there was not really an issue to find a space for a car. But I don't know what it looks like when all apartments are booked. Otherwise there is an underground car park for 10 euros/day. The information about parking possibilities should be more clear to avoid any confusion.

Exceptional hospitality at this property, conveniently located close to the city center. The building is beautiful and new, featuring an underground garage and individual rooms for bicycles. The apartment is modern and beautifully decorated, with a kitchen equipped with everything you might need. The host's exceptional kindness and customer-oriented approach made our stay truly enjoyable.

The lady in the reception of Hotel Kristal Palace was rude.

Spacious, modern, clean and quiet apartments in a great location. Free parking and free bike rental was great and we made use of both. Guests can also use the facilities at the hotel opposite, which was a nice bonus. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her and we were made to feel very welcome. We also loved the wrap around balcony and rooftop pool! What a treat!

Would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room for convenience, but there is a communal laundry room on the bottom floor for guests to use, so it wasn't a problem.

The accommodation is spacious, the shower room especially, also the little extras make a big difference like complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and the free drinking water and fruit in the lobby. Free use of bicycles and free parking at the rear if you had a hire car, which we did. Well equipped, modern and very clean living areas, Televisions in both the lounge and the bedroom. The location is excellent, just off the busy road and directly opposite the Kristal Palace hotel in which you can also use their restaurant and roof top pool. Although we didn’t feel the need to venture from the Aris roof top sun deck with its own pool and great views. It’s a short walk into the old town Riva and close to the lake, plus a good supermarket at the end of the road. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We very very impressed.

The apartment was very well located, nice, spacious and modern. It was well equipped and comfortable. Ground floor apartment with a range of chairs and sun loungers and a small garden. All good. Staff were always helpful. Fresh fruit available in reception each day and the bikes were plentiful and free to use.

The apartment was cleaned once a week. Ideally could have done with clean towels but you can always ask and they are provided promptly.

The property was perfect for our needs. We shared a two bed apartment with another couple and the facilities were ample, the eco conscious products were a nice touch, we had beach towels to use at the sky pool which has a lovely view, fruit in the mezzanine and the whole building was well maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff were really communicative, welcoming and helpful and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

I would like to express my gratitude to Jack and Natalie Tonelli. Brother and Sister who running the apartment building connected to the "mother-Hotel" Crystal Palace across the street absolutely professional, friendly and customer orientated. You can use the facilities and the great breakfast of the Hotel. Perfect location with short wakling distance to the beach. Brand new, modern style, perfectly equiped with biking rental included. I can highly recommend it to everbody and will personally come back again. Shopping Center just 200 meters from the building with shops and restaurant incl a big Coop supermarket. Highlights besides the great service, location and comfortable gib rooms are of course the 2 roof top terraces. Both with swimming pool high quality equiped sun beds, chairs and furniture. As well to mention is the professional service and high quality of the drinks and food. Special thanks to Roberto and Michel Angelo in the evenings during relaxing cool live music sessions at the bar and during the day to Zana. I can't think about anything to be honest.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We paid extra for the bigger balcony which was very worth it. The staff in reception were also very welcoming and friendly.

ARIS apartments are m modern, clean and comfortable in a perfect location in Riva del Garda. The design of the apartment was beautiful and extremely comfortable for our group of 5 people. The roof terrace was lovely with a pool and great views. Most importantly, however was how good the service was! We were treated extremely well with so much attention to detail that made the stay so special. We were provided with bikes and were able to explore the area, as well as given lots of expertise on where to go, eat or activities to do that have us such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the region!
