Located 15/20 min walk from central Riva but there's a shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, bike hire and bus stops all within 5 min walk. The lake is also a short walk from the hotel with more bars and cafes along with a public 'beach'. The hotel has a pool and garden area, children's play space and laundry as well as rental bikes. We were located on 4th floor and enjoyed fab mountain views. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is representative of a typical 3 star hotel.

This was our honeymoon and the staff made sure we had a room upgrade. The views were spectacular. We got the room with the round bed and it was incredibly comfortable. So much light and natural air as the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opened up making it breathtaking. Hot showers with a frosted glass on a switch for a view or privacy. Free bike rentals. It was perfect. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job. It was the best hotel of our whole trip.

Hot tub outside is not the Ammerican standard of hot for an outdoor hot tub so that was the only disappointment.

The hotel is brilliant, it's spotlessly clean, the staff are amazing, the pool is brilliant plus the football and volleyball, great for children. The breakfast is really great,lots to choose from. The snacks during the day are fab too. It's only a 10 min walk to the centre and the lake. Bus stops very close. I have read a few people saying they should have entertainment. I don't agree there is plenty of things going on in the centre, around the lake and other hotels. This hotel is very relaxing and close to everything

We had 4 adults in a family suite. One couple had the bedroom and one couple had the sofa bed in the small lounge area. This was very acceptable for one night. It may be a little crowded for a few nights. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. There was a small table with some seats, so there was still room to sit as well as the lovely balcony with a great view of the mountain. We did not make use of the kitchen except for the fridge and kettle, but this would be good if staying longer. The included breakfast was very good.

This is a lovely little hotel that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was excellent. While it's a bit of a walk from the old town, it gave us the chance to enjoy a scenic stroll and experience the beauty of Riva del Garda.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room we had was really lovely. Great balcony, comfy beds and it was spotless, plenty of storage. The rain shower was fab. The cleaner was amazing, she worked so hard. The pool was a really lovely size, lots of sun beds and shade. The prices at the bar and bar snack were really reasonable. Staff really lovely and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. My son loved the pancake machine. Plenty of choice and all really fresh. The Water machine was great to fill our bottles up.l for the day. Location is brilliant 15 minute walk to the centre and really close to the lake. We have booked to go again next year. We booked out transfer though the hotel which was so easy. It was perfect thank you so much.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Large room with a balcony and a view of the indoor pool. Two separate, comfortable beds — each with two pillows for extra comfort. Everything in the room and bathroom was new and spotlessly clean.

Loved the location and how clean it was all the time. The staff were always super helpful and friendly! The breakfast was fabulous, loads of choice. Our room was lovely and clean and the view from our room was amazing. We were able to get about on the complementary bikes which was a big bonus. Would definitely stay here again, loved everything about it!

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from the shops and bars of Riva. The hotel itself is a little dated but the rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed (ours had a really comfy beds, a smart Tv, walk in wardrobe and a decent sized fridge and bathroom with a bath/shower as requested). Our youngest daughter was in a wheelchair and there was an extra bed in our room which made it tight getting in with the wheelchair but apart from that we could get about just fine. The hotel puts on a great breakfast spread and you are never short of choice. The staff are really polite and helpful and made us feel exceptionally welcome throughout our stay. big shout out to the cleaners/maid service - honestly every time we walked back in the room it smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. The prices at the bar are very reasonable and having a nice aperol or beer at the pool or in the hot tub was a treat.

Being very picky and only because we had a wheelchair user, the route to the pool/garden could do with a ramp. we could still get her up the 6” lip at the doorway but coming down required some concentration. That is really the only thing - we loved our holiday here and will surely return.

Since we were on a car, the location was good. There was mountain view. Not too varied but tasty breakfast

Strange layout: the sink was at the entrance to the room and not in the bathroom, which is not convenient.
