The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were also friendly to the kids. Great selection for breakfast. We have booked double room with kid's bed, but we got triple room, which was great as we had more space. Also the triple room was not directly next to other rooms, which was good for other guests. There was also option of wellness (in different hotel) and bike rental, but we didn't use it. The parking was free and right next to the hotel, when full there is also another parking little further down the road. Close to the lake promenade and beaches.

Even though there were obligatory labels in bathrooms about towels (leave them on the floor for change, leave them hanging to keep them) we got towel change every day, which was unnecessarry. The hotel is further from the city center, so it is good to know about it when planning walks.

A nice hotel room, with a nice breakfast. The breakfast has a lot of options so you will find what to eat, the cleaning of the room was done on a daily basis. We also used the spa option, that is in another hotel, good facilities, it is a good option to have in the rainy days, it has an inside pool and few sauna variants plus different type of showers. Parking at the hotel is pretty small, but they have another one in 100 meters, so this was also ok. Also they have free bikes that you can use for a ride to the city center, we used them and were satisfied with the quality. I would choose it again for another trip here, a correct price-quality choice.

Great location, just off from a street with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops near by. A 15 minute walk to the center of Riva and 5 minutes from the lake. A lovely pool area and also having use of the spa facilities at Oasi hotel as well was great. Staff were so very friendly, on the front desk and particularly waiter / waitress Mohamed and Marianna, who were just so friendly during our stay, they could not do enough for you and are a credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

We loved the friendly staff on reception. They were very helpful and also told us about the fireworks display in town that night - which was really great to know about! Rooms were comfortable , if a little dated, but that doesn’t really impact the quality of the stay. Breakfast had a huge selection and the Prosecco was a welcome addition. They were very welcoming of our dog, too, who also had a lovely time! It was probably a 15/20 minute walk into Riva, but only 5 to get to the Lake itself.

It's a nice renovated hotel, with very friendly and helpful personnel and good facilities. The double room is not too big, but it's enough if you are active and don't spend the whole day in the hotel/room. It was clean, offers free parking and a special secure space for bicycles storage. The spa is in another hotel nearby, but it is appreciated (5 min walk). It offers a GREAT breakfast, a lot of varieties, possibility to make your own smoothie/fresh juice and even prosecco! We enjoyed it and would return.

It does not have a restaurant for dinner. No mosquito net at the windows or anti mosquito device in the room (you could use one).

A rich breakfast with a wide selection ranging from hams, eggs to pancakes and fresh fruit. Our room was a bit smaller, but cozy, very clean, and perfectly sufficient for a holiday stay. Parking was no problem. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the free snacks by the pool in the afternoon and also free city bike rental. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you! Definitely recommend.

The hotel was in a great location. 20 minutes walk from the center. Every morning there was a fresh and delicious breakfast. The room had a nice view of the mountains. The staff was friendly. Everything was great.

The parking lot next to the hotel was not always free, so it was necessary to park the car in an otherwise secured parking lot near the hotel.

It was very clean as they change towels everyday and made sure the room is always tidy. The location is 5mins. walk to the nearby Lake of Riva del Garda and close to nearby restaurants and supermarket.

Nothing negative to say but would be better if they have atleast evening entertainment for families.

The location was great, near the lake and restaurants. The hotel was very clean throughout, the room was great, and overall it was good value for money. The swimming pool area was a bonus, but we didn't use it much due to the weather. All the staff were so helpful, especially Vanessa who answered all my questions and gave great advice. We thoroughly recommend Hotel Royal.

Great hotel and a Great stay. Hotel has everything you need to have a Great time near lake garda. Hotel provides additional parking, so there is enough space for everyone. The room is quite modern compering to italian standard. The staff is very helpful. You can reach public beach by 6 min walk. In my opinion the outdoor pool has an excellent italian style with beautiful sculptures and plants. But let me tell you- the best part is the breakfest. If you have a chance try a tiramisu :)

Most of the guests are Germans so you have to keep in mind that there is a specific vibe in the hotel 😉Also if you would like to go to a supermarket you need to prepare yourself for a 10-15 min walk
