Very friendly staff, excellent location, delicious breakfast, nice wellness and pool.

A bit outdated rooms and pool - a need for refurbishment. Old matresses need to be replaced.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the lake and you could use the sun loungers from the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful - reception, catering and cleaners. The food in the morning was brilliant, there was so much choice. The indoor swimming pool was really useful for when it got too cold outside by the lake. I would definitely come here again.

Our neighbours were constantly smoking on their balcony and the smell would come into our room. Because of this we had to keep our balcony doors closed and didn't really get to enjoy the balcony ourselves. It would be nice if there was a non-smoking balcony option so that non-smokers didn't have to be next to smokers.

The hotel is generally nice and comfortable but you can see that the infrastructure is getting old and could use a good renovation. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was no proper wardrobe in the room. There were two of us and we couldn't unpack our things, which had been lying in bags for a week. The wardrobe only has space for a few shirts. The bathroom is old and in need of renovation. The paint is peeling and flaking. The silicone sealant is worn out. The position of the toilet bowl squeezed into the bathroom is torture for anyone over 180 cm tall.

Welcoming and helpful staff particularly Luci on reception. Comfortable junior suite. Good air conditioning. Lovely balcony with lake view. Room serviced each day by friendly staff. Superb roof terrace. Good walks around the lake from the hotel Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice and alternatives. Good parking area and close proximity to restaurants.

Spa area and pol underground. No gym area. Lift didn’t always seem to prioritise being called. Wet lift floor at times.

Nice hotel located very close to the lake beaches and promenade(like 50 m via back gate from the hotel garden. Free access to small wellness which was very nice. Near hotel is great gelateria (Flora). We trully enjoyed the relax area on the roof which is easily accessible via lift. Breakfast was amazing with lots of amazing choices like pancakes, homemade jams, variety of cheeses and hams. I haven´t seen such a big reakfast buffet for a while. Parking was easy around the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpfull and we get from them good tips for dinner. There was kettle in the room.

Bed wasn´t comfortable.

The hotel is beautifully located right at the Garda lake. Breakfast was very good, offering all possible options you could ask for. Room was spacious and very comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the SPA since we had a late arrival and only stayed for one night. However, we could consider coming back to check that out next time.

Regrettably, in our room we could feel the smell of someone smoking somewhere. Don't know if it came through the ventilation system or from the outside. We also found a number of small black ants in the room, which unfortunately had a negative effect on our overall impression, thus also reducing the rating.

The hotel is old- dated, however the location with a direct access to the beach , the size of the rooms, and the friendliness of the personnel made our short stay unforgettable. A special thank to Lucy from the reception, for her special smile. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom needs a face-lift. The garden and the sundeck with Garda views are just amazing. We were also surprised by the choice of food at breakfast. A very enjoyable experience!

Beautiful location on the lakeside, parking spaces, cleanliness.

Although we booked a triple room, when we arrived the hotel was full and we were assigned a very small double room. We could understand that there were problems but the reception staff tried to convince us that it was a triple room. After intense discussions, the next day we were assigned a new room according to the reservation.

Location was super, exactly near to the lake , in 2 seconds you could take a walk around , it was very nice. and also there is small pub very close to hotel. Cleanliness was very good . I like spa a lot , only i found pool little bit small. Room was very good but again little bit small. However it was like in the pictures. Room view was amazing. Breakfast was really good, there were almost everything.

Only parking area is little bit small , i had to park in a strange way due to not available enough space.

Staff are incredibly friendly, breakfast is really good. The location is fabulous and we really enjoyed the courtesy bicycles offered by the hotel. The general look is slightly dated but the rooms are clean and bright
