Very friendly staff, excellent location, delicious breakfast, nice wellness and pool.

A bit outdated rooms and pool - a need for refurbishment. Old matresses need to be replaced.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the lake and you could use the sun loungers from the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful - reception, catering and cleaners. The food in the morning was brilliant, there was so much choice. The indoor swimming pool was really useful for when it got too cold outside by the lake. I would definitely come here again.

Our neighbours were constantly smoking on their balcony and the smell would come into our room. Because of this we had to keep our balcony doors closed and didn't really get to enjoy the balcony ourselves. It would be nice if there was a non-smoking balcony option so that non-smokers didn't have to be next to smokers.

Nice hotel located very close to the lake beaches and promenade(like 50 m via back gate from the hotel garden. Free access to small wellness which was very nice. Near hotel is great gelateria (Flora). We trully enjoyed the relax area on the roof which is easily accessible via lift. Breakfast was amazing with lots of amazing choices like pancakes, homemade jams, variety of cheeses and hams. I haven´t seen such a big reakfast buffet for a while. Parking was easy around the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpfull and we get from them good tips for dinner. There was kettle in the room.

Bed wasn´t comfortable.

The hotel is beautifully located right at the Garda lake. Breakfast was very good, offering all possible options you could ask for. Room was spacious and very comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the SPA since we had a late arrival and only stayed for one night. However, we could consider coming back to check that out next time.

Regrettably, in our room we could feel the smell of someone smoking somewhere. Don't know if it came through the ventilation system or from the outside. We also found a number of small black ants in the room, which unfortunately had a negative effect on our overall impression, thus also reducing the rating.

Location was super, exactly near to the lake , in 2 seconds you could take a walk around , it was very nice. and also there is small pub very close to hotel. Cleanliness was very good . I like spa a lot , only i found pool little bit small. Room was very good but again little bit small. However it was like in the pictures. Room view was amazing. Breakfast was really good, there were almost everything.

Only parking area is little bit small , i had to park in a strange way due to not available enough space.

Receptionist staff were very friendly, helpful to keep our luggage for few hours and effective for a fast check-in. They give us an upgrade to a junior suite with a view on the lake. Fantastic Spa with hammam, sauna, aromatic shower, recovery rooms, jacuzzi etc ... all included in the price ! Breakfast was very good with a huge choice and quality. And a parking on site free ... I highly recommend this place

Breakfast was excellent. The town is lovely with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The walkway along the water was really enjoyable. We enjoyed out stay.

The pillows could be softer. We found them very firm. The directions could have said go to the hotel area. We missed the turn off and ended up in Arco. We found the better route as we left the hotel.

I really enjoyed a stay in this hotel. My family and me, we spent here two nights and we were happy. Location is the best you can imagine. It is so close to a lake. Room was clean and it had very nice terrace. Breakfast so rich and tasty. We will come back here for sure. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, big room and comfortable double bed. The terrace was amazing, nice pool and sauna area. Location was perfect and beautiful, within walking distance of the city centre. We didn't use the bikes.

We were a couple with a daughter, the sofa bed was not comfortable. There wasn't hair conditioning in the bathroom.

The location, cleanliness and beach front. The breakfast was very nice.

The spa swimming pool could have been warmer, the outdoor plunge pool could have been heated. The biggest issue was a shower head provided with the bath... but no wall holder... so impossible for a shower in the room. Not great for a spa hotel.. although we used a few in the spa... which were adequate... but not in the room! Communal
