Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely with a balcony where we could see the lake. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious especially special when sitting overlooking the swimming pool. We had a car and parking was available on the premises. And the hotel was very central to all the attractions we visited. It was a gentle 25 minute walk into the old town along the lake.

Breakfast was awesome! Especially the scrambled eggs! loads of choice every day. The pool area was relaxing, and you can order drinks from the bar to be brought to your lounger, which is always a nice touch. They also do hot snacks during the day, which was handy if you wanted a day by the pool. Great location with a 5-7 min walk into the centre of town, but plenty of restaurants along the way for a shorter walk. We had a partial-view balcony, and it was still gorgeous. Riva Del Garda is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever been to (and I have travelled the world). Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they also provide loads of activity options they can book for you, such as wine tasting, hiking, watersports, which we will do next time. There are town bikes you can hire from the hotel or across the street is a bike hire store for mountain bikes/E-bikes if you want something for longer distance. We booked a private transfer from Verona as we landed late which was about £150 and took an hour, then heading back we got the express ferry to Sirmione which took two hours. If you want to use the ferry get there early as the queues can be very long and you can only buy express tickets at the ticket office and not online.

There were so many things we liked about this hotel but the main one was the staff. Every single staff member was so attentive and welcoming. There was always a smiling face behind the reception desk, bar and the breakfast counters. The room was great, bed was really comfy for a good nights sleep after exploring the wonderful Riva del Garda (and beyond). The facilities within the hotel were fantastic - we booked the evening spa package and the spa lounge they have downstairs is incredible, hot tubs, saunas, steam room, refreshments, it was perfect. We had such an amazing time in Lake Garda and the Lake Front Mirage Hotel was definitely a big part of that. Thank you to all who work there, we hope to be back!

Staff are very friendly and helpful always smiling, Hotel is very clean fresh bedding and Towels every day. Excellent breakfast. This was my third visit and will return again if we return to Riva.

Nothing to dislike although would be nice if they did evening meals,as it is quite a walk up to the old town where most of the restaurants are.

We absolutely loved everything in the hotel. The personnel was very kind and welcoming. The room was neatly cleaned every day. Especially it was nice having extra towels and slippers for the pool. As an extra, we used a spa, which was also very relaxing after the marathon.

The location has a good view of the lake, but the Riva city centre is a bit further than a 20-minute walk. It is not bad, but in my situation of running race, before and after was slightly problematic. We used a taxi when it was more convenient.

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff, the room was lovely and clean, great bathroom and nice balcony also. The breakfast was just super, a lovely way to start the day, great views and although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool it looked lovely! It was roughly one mile walk from hotel into main centre which was an easy nice walk at the end of the night. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and hope to be back again soon!

The breakfast was very good, a lot of variety. The staff were helpful, they give written recommendations every day in breakfast time and help you book things if you want (we booked a vineyard tour)

The location was not very close to the town center, so we needed to use the car a lot. The room had some sound issues, we could hear the person in the room next to us snoring..

After spending 3 weeks in Italy, this was the best breakfast that was included with our hotel for the variety and the hot options! I like the weekly schedule of outings they offer too.

Sauna is NOT included. While I've never seen this before in my life in any hotel and i wouldn't have expected this, it is mentioned in the small print on the lakefront booking page. But even if you want to pay extra for the sauna it is another 40€ for 90min per person (=80€)! Or 65€ if you are a single person! That is unexpected and absurd! If your reason for a hotel is a sauna, you'll easily get way cheaper hotels with a sauna included. The concept mistake is, they use images of the sauna for advertising but rent it only for exclusive private use.
