Location is very good. Very close to the beaches - 2-3 min. 20-25 min walk to the city centre of Riva. Restaurant in the same building, a lot more available within 5 min walk. We stayed at the newer buidling so I can't complain, however I saw the other building which would require a bit of renovation. Underground car parking keeps your car safe...

Rooms were not cleaned at all during 5 nights stay. Nearby at the port there's a pub with a loud music until midnight. For us it was okay, however if anyone wants to be at a quite place please stay cautious. Especially for sports fellas who want to go to sleep early in the evening.

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel, so we are already familiar with it and we knew in advance what and how much we could expect.Our stay was fine.The apartment is big enough. The balcony is also big enough.The kitchen has the necessary basic things for cooking and everything is clean.The bed is big enough.The garage for our car was ok. Unfortunately, the weather was a little cold, but we were able to warm up well enough during the night with the air conditioner, which worked great.The bathroom is big enough.The breakfast was fine.I would gladly recommend this facility

We stayed 6 nights and no one ever replaced our towels for a single day. I would mention that as the only flaw.

location was great, everything was within walking distance. Room was self contained ideal if you want to make your own food, which was great as only 2 restaurants were open.

A couple of coffee capsules for there machine would of been great.

Location and view is fantastic. The apartment is very comfortable. Kitchen is completely stocked with good quality cookware. Spacious rooms and terrace. Million euro view. Room was very clean to the last detail. I like having the mop and broom so I can keep it that way. I also like not having the intrusion of daily maid service. The receptionist is extraordinary. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. She shows concern about my comfort. She has has given me maps and many ideas for activities. I hope to stay for many weeks

It would have been better if I had discovered this area 30 years ago when I first retired and my wife was still alive.

The location was perfect. It showed 1,6km from city center, but seems way closer, also you can have a walk by the beach and not through the street. The view was truly amazing. Although the windows were into the street, when closing the windows was minimal noise.

Maybe a sponge/plate soap would have let us clean the dishes. Did not enjoy that the parking was 10e per day, the add did not state that, there is a possibility to have a free parking super close to the residence. Quite old appartment. Depending on what you are looking for ofcourse, but to be honest the pictures looked better than reallity. Tho this did not bother as it was a very short stay

Clean, and as basically equipped as the photos suggest. It is just under 2km to get to the pleasure boats for a trip on the lake. Easy access to a walk along the lake front to the town. Lots available to folk to do in the water sport arena. It was busy early October, so hate tho think how hectic in season. Many restaurants to choose from. Paid parking is available in the building’s basement at €10 per night, or free parking very nearby.

The only comfortable seating in the lounge area is a sofa bed. We did not use it as a bed and it makes very uncomfortable sitting when at leisure. No washing up liquid supplied. Having to buy some for a two night stay and us doing minimal cooking was a bit of a nucience, especially as soap was provided for both the shower and hand basin in the bathroom.

Residence Centro Vela has a wonderful location and the staff were super helpful. We travelled with our family so booked 2 apartments, both were very spacious and with great kitchen facilities. We also had access to the laundry facilities which was a wonderful help.

There is really nothing to say here as we had no complaints.

The staff was excellent, the room was quite large, there is an elevator in the building. Also, it is great, that the bikes can be taken to the room.

- The breakfast seemed somewhat plain, which is the reason why we did not take it a went elsewhere. - The additional beds (including sofa) in the "living room" were OKeish, but not great. It was not a major problem, but I see some room for improvement ... :) - I believe the reception desk has a limited hours during the day, please check and plan accordingly.

The location was very good and access through self-check in with provided instructions was easy.

I couldn't have breakfast even though it was included because I had an appointment at 08:00 and breakfast service didn't start before 8:00. It would be better if breakfast could be available earlier.

The hotel was empty because we came not on the high season. Clean, modern, good view from balcony. Good location. On the kitchen everything you will need.

There where some music until midnight. Couldn’t fall sleep. Probably it came from restaurant nearby. And maybe it happen because the property was empty.
