We loved this hotel, we had a room overlooking the lake, town and pool and was a great place to unwind after a day enjoying all that Riva has to offer. We couldn’t fault anything about this proper and would recommend the all you can eat buffet which was less pricey than the set menu and the choice and quality was exceptional!

The walk back up the hill, however we did find step on our last day on the first corner behind the bench and left of the large yellow house which led to the lake side with fantastic views on the way down, saved at least 15 mins.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot! Staff were lovely & kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Amazing views of the town from our balcony & the restaurant area. Incredible breakfast with many options and a lovely view. The room was very spacious and modern with lots of space for bags, a lounge & small desk area too. Large shower & bathroom area. Very, very good value for money 😊

Stunning view from the room and balcony. Room was spacious and well equipped. Pool area was nice. Good breakfast. Plenty of space for parking. Personnell very friendly and helpful.

There was an awfull smell in our room. They said it came from the pipes because of the bad weather. Without the smell, all would have been perfect.

The property has an exceptional view from the top of the mountain and great breakfast. Once you are going down 15 minute walk, you are in the middle of the life and 5 minutes' walk to the beach. The bed was comfy. I had very nice rest. The swimming pool is also great.

Going 15 minutes up the steep hill to return to the hotel was a challenge, especially with the luggage at check-in. Most people who stay here arrive by car. In theory, hotel could easily overcome this issue by offering the guests some kind of transportation in golf cart or similar once in 1-2 hours or per request. I believe that would greatly improve the appeal. The hotel provides limited dinner between 19:00 p.m. and 20:30 p.m. but I was disappointed by the quality of the food and found extra items included in my bill at the check-out. This experience spoiled otherwise experience from the stay. Also, the hot tub was not hot at all, it was the same temperature as the swimming pool, i.e., not heated.

Great view of the town, with a very scenic walk in (probably 20 minutes or so). Full buffet breakfast which was nice with lots of fun little options like pistachio cream on pancakes. I had to cancel one night out of two at very late notice and although they did not discount the price, they upgraded the room to one with a view which was really lovely. Parking was the best we had in Italy - nothing difficult at all, just a nice open carpark outside (they had an undercover option as well).

It's definitely a walk into town (and uphill at the end on the way back) which might've been a problem if it was raining. However it looked like they offered a shuttle so probably would be fine!

The property location was wonderful. Great views from the pool and dining area. Approximately walking 20 minutes to town center.

We stayed on the last floor in 2 room apartment. The pull out couch was very stained and outdated. The décor pillows in our room were stained as well. I just put them away so I don’t have to touch them or look at them. The bedding was very clean. I think they just need to be updated. The ceiling in our apartment were very short so if you a very tall person this apartment might not be for you.

I liked everything. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly, view from the restaurant terrace was stunning, I couldn’t take my eyes away from the mountains and the city. Our room had garden view, it great as well. Air conditioning worked wonders. Since it is located on the mountain, there was very little noise from the city. I do recommend it!

We got an upgrade and were given a room with a balcony and an exceptional view. The room was also very spacious, perfectly clean and all in all great. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. And communication in english or german was no problem.

The views from the balcony are incredible! Breakfast was lovely. The rooms are very clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly. The pool area is a great feature and catches the sun really well.

Unfortunately, the light on our balcony didn't work which was a bit annoying as we liked to play games out there later on at night.

The views from the room were spectacular. It is a fair 3 stars, with a good buffet breakfast. The rooms have been somewhat renovated a while ago, but the hotel needs a full renovation of the common areas.
