The restaurant was exceptional, with a very varied breakfast and dinner menu. The bar had great entertainment shows. Our room had a spectacular view towards the city. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Very nice touch (pun intended :) ) with the protective sleeve for the TV remote. The outside pool area was nice. There was also an indoors pool which looked very well, but we didn't get a chance to try it. We appreciated the warm welcome we received and the surprise gift in our room. There is a private parking area up the hill, behind the hotel, next to the entrance for the outside pool. There is also the option of paid indoors parking. The location of the hotel is very nice if you're traveling by car, with spectacular views of the surrounding area.

The bathroom was ok, but it could use a refresh with some renovations. There was no net at the balcony door to prevent insects from entering, so you couldn't really keep the door open in the evening. We would have liked to listen to the live music from the terrace.

Conditioner in room was good, swimming pool outside was also nice.

We heard our neighbor,the water from their schower. Restaurant was always full and very noisy - tables are very close to each other, staff are not friedly, stressed. By swimming pool outside there is table for table tennis but around is very dirty

A very good hotel on the shore of lake Garda. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful, the pool area is one of the best I have seen in my years of travelling. Breakfast is very good, vast choice of warm food and desserts. Parking included in the price, just know that it is only an outdoor one, located behind the hotel but reachable easily. Underground parking is also available but for that you have to pay additionally at the reception.

Location, albeit in a beautiful area, but yes, the mountain. If you have decided to reach everything on foot, then know that the ascend from the beach by the lake to the hotel is around 95m. I missed having a choice of fresh vegetables during breakfast. The only option available were cherry tomatoes. No bell peppers, no cucumbers, no greens. Some were available but they were meant for the juicer. Open air parking only. I had understood that both, the underground one and the open air parking is included in the price. A minor detail, but still.

Pool is nice, although it could be warmer. Sauna was great. The bar with pool game is very attractive

Dinner was ok, I expected better: little choice of fresh bread, lots of dressing on main dishes, desserts kind of heavy and too sweet (not an Italian authentic style, but probably this is done on purpose to meet the expectations of German guests)

The hotel was excellent for a honeymoon, quiet, relaxing and clean. Rooms were a nice size. All staff were very helpful. Food at breakfast buffet and evening restaurant was amazing!

It didn't bother us but the location for anyone with young children or elderly maybe difficult as it is a 30 minute uphill walk from Torbole. Public buses are available but do not run in evening and can be unpredictable

The staff were all very professional and so kind and helpful! Happy to accompany request. The breakfast buffet is top notch. A big variety of options for every dietary need and even a made to order omelets if you wanted, which is rare in Europe. We would totally come back!

The bathrooms our room was super dated and not convenient. No where to store you makeup bags or hang other things up. Reminded us of a cruise ship bathroom because the shower was tiny. Not for bigger people at all. If this was improved, this hotel is a perfect get away.

Very gentle and helpfull staff . Tidy and clean rooms. Very nice breakfest and diner.

Hard to reach extra parking for te bigger vans / trucks because of the small / slim alleyway / street

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is beautiful.

I expected the indoor pool to be heated and warm. The indoor pool and the jacuzzi were cold. Did not like that.
