The location is good, but not if you have any mobility issues as it is up hill from the town. All the staff were very friendly and kind, always happy to chat and help you. We enjoyed both pools and the one above the hotel is a delight. We enjoyed several meals at the hotel due to heavy rain and food is to a good standard.

I paid for a weeks stay in a deluxe room with balcony. Our bathroom was small and the shower was to tiny and the grouting was dirty and required replacing. I think for what I paid the produce supplied for coffee making in the room is very minimal. Also the carpet in our room was worn and stained and in need of an upgrade room 112.

Exceptional location and accommodations. We can't wait to return to this lovely three-generation hotel! Location is perfect -- a short 10 minute walk from the heart of Malcesine, a 15 minute walk to the Mount Baldo gondola, and slightly offset on a quiet hillside. Every room on the property has incredible views of the lake/surrounding mountains. The hotel has dozens of spots to relax and enjoy the views--either on their two rooftops, two pools, your own private balconies, or the spa center. The restaurant (which we ate at for dinner twice and every morning for breakfast) was top notch. The service was great and really left us alone to enjoy ourselves--they were there if we needed them, but not when we didn't.

The room was modern, clean and quiet with an incredible view of the lake. The breakfast that was included with our rate was excellent and staff very friendly. We also liked the food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner! Great spa with two pools, saunas and a work out room on the property.

The facility is located about a 12 minute walk to the center area which made it a little difficult to go out at night for dinner especially since the weather was cold and rainy while we were there BUT saying that the restaurant on site was excellent so we enjoyed our meals there.

Location great and the staff were superb - always going the extra mile. Examples include getting us a beer when we just arrived (just gone midnight Italy time but a little after 11pm UK) even though the hotel bar had closed and the staff member had had to wait up for us to arrive. Another was the fact I left my iPad behind accidentally. The manager rang when we were half way to Verona for the last few nights of our stay but we couldn’t turn back as I had to return a hire car to a deadline. The manager arranged for a taxi driver who was picking another couple up at Verona station to bring me the iPad in that city. Well beyond the call of duty! Also we liked that the drinks were not over priced and the evening meal we ate there was nice. The outdoor pool was heated so could be used even though we were there last week in October. And the hotel breakfast was very good - lots of choice and personal omelete making! 👍🏼

No air conditioning working at the time we stayed - only heating. For most people there that was fine but for us brits, used to normal UK temps, the ability to cool our room down would still have been helpful!

The place was simply perfect. I can’t stress this enough. The views are nothing short of amazing - Lake Garda at its finest. Mountains, olive trees, blue lake and amazing skies. Add onto this the best staff we’ve encountered probably anywhere in the world - from reception to the food service - we wanted to specifically mention Michele who went out of his way to treat us perfectly, even heading out by bicycle to ensure we have our drinks (didn’t even have to ask). The facilities are modern, everything worked and felt brand new. The Spa contains a steam room, 2 different temperature saunas, 2 different pools with thermal salts, a Jacuzzi, salt sauna, Infra red saunas, 2 amazing roof tops and much more. This place accommodated our every need, and we will surely return here - next time directly and for twice as long. We haven’t even left the property yet and we already miss this place. Great facilities, spa and outside thermal pool, lovely areas to relax in. Lots of little extra touches, rocker chairs outside with blankets to enjoy the views. Scrupulously clean everywhere. Superb breakfasts, huge selection including freshly cooked eggs of any kind in front of you.

Walls very thin, could hear people in next room on toilet and chain flushing. Mattress was too hard for us although of good quality. Lovely views across lake but road below very noisy.

Everything here at Casa Barca is flawless. It exceeded our expectations & definitely worth the extra money we spent to stay here compared to our usual run of the mill hotel of "just a place to sleep". The atmosphere & vibe is always calm, never busy & definitelylow key. The staff are all exceptional, kind & considerate. The facilities are amazing. The food is some of the best I've eaten . Everything you can think of was fantastic.

Two heated out door pools one with jacuzzi jets. A fantastic gym facility and spa options such as sauna and indoor jacuzzi. They also have a resident trained masseur offering massage treatments. The staff were all super efficient and very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented and situated very close to the centre of Malcesine.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel is adult only as it offered a very relaxed stay. While I liked this it may not appeal to everyone.

Everything!! This place is a real treat. We initially booked one night but extended our stay to two. The pool is beautiful and is heated to 28 degrees. The wellness area with saunas, steam room and Jacuzzi is amazing. It was overcast one day and we spent a few hours in here totally relaxing. The breakfast is amazing with such a great choice and fresh omelettes made by the chef Conrad. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. My partner bought a watch that was on display and the manager sent him to his friend’s shop to have it fitted to size.

Great location, Lovely and very helpful staff, great facilities. Very clean and private. Massage with Roberta was phenomenal!

Spa facilities were great, just shame they weren't open sooner. 4pm seems late if you have plans for the evening. the only other downfall was our bed, although very comfortable, but we booked deluxe room and expected kingsize mattress instead we had 2 single mattresses sitting on top of kingsize frame with just sheet keeping it together. Zip and link mattress would fix this issue.
