Great appartement which has airconditioning in both bedrooms (which was not mentioned on Bookin.com, it looks like that they have recently been installed) location is really fantastic just walk through the backdoor and you are in the historical city center of Riva. Nice swimmingpool and jacuzzi in the garden and the hotel also has a couple of paid parking places on the premises, for which the advise is to reserve upfront to be sure that you have a place. Ask with the reception for the (digital) Garda Guest card, which gives you discount on certain attractions and a free return ride on the panoramic lift.

No power outlet in the kitchen section and also the (very big) television could not be connected to a power outlet, but who needs television when you are in Riva del Garda 😉

Great location, really nice and well organized swimming and relax area, good breakfast. You can access Old Town directly from the patio/garden. And all the People working in the Hotel are very kind

Having option to keep your mind free and having option to park itself is great, but if couple of big vans are parked there, handling is much more difficult. Bad luck if something like that happens at departure when you are tight with your travel plans

Perfect location! Right in centre of Riva del Garda, Apartment had two AC units. We had apartment with small balcony it was really beatifull. Nice swimming pool. I recommend for sure!

You have to throw away your trash in bins outside the apartment otherwise you will be charged 50 euro. Too bad they dont have parking spaces.

We were completely charmed by Casa Canarino. A very short walk from the ferry dock, walking through narrow cobbled streets, arriving at the door of the building which opened into a tunnel leading into a sheltered garden with a pool was just magical because it was so unexpected. There is even a pet rabbit in the garden. Apartment was lovely and cool and faced onto the streets below. The location was exceptional.

Very nice and quite hotel just outside the old town of Riva. Great location very nice rooms and wonderful relax area at the pool.

Some small renovations by the pool could be a good idea.

The location was great, it was so nice walking out and being in the old town part of Riva del Garda. The apartment was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels.

There is mold in the bathroom (on the wall and on the shower head) and the mattresses were not comfortable.

Location is incredible and super easy parking available too.

Bit of a maze to find our room even with 2 explanations. our room was warm and being so close to town obviously a lot of noise from the town. Our room was on a lower level and the lighting was very dull.

The location was perfect. Within a few minutes walk of everything! Stunning building, apartment and pool. Everything that we needed was included. Beds and bedding were so comfy!

Was nothing we didn't like.
