Lovely apartment, very clean. Lycia was very helpful and friendly too. Our apartment had an ensuite (although the other apartment’s bathroom was literally across the corridor from it, and it should certainly not put you off booking, corridor is only shared by a few rooms and very quiet). We had a balcony also.

Stefano is the best! Hes a real sweet italian guy who can help you with everything (for example we were looking for scooter rental). For the breakfast you can choose that do you want and u can eat it in your room with breathtaking view from the window. Great location. 100% reccommend!

Excellent location on the edge of the city center, just a few minutes' walk to everything in Riva. Great view of the city and mountains. Private bathroom located across the hall was no big deal.

The location, while excellent, is on a main street -- and it was quite noisy. Certainly not a reason to avoid the place, but something to be aware of! The lighting in the room was very harsh. This could be improved.

Excellent location, friendly owner and very comfortable bed.

The bathroom door was not working properly which was a bit inconvenient but the owners were apologetic about it and provided biscuits. The only other small qualm was the street noise but that comes with the location.

Great place to stay for a few days, right in the middle of Riva del Garda, room was superclean and the hosts was very helpful.

Such a shame the bulding doesn’t have an elevator but it’s still one of the best stays i’ve had in Italy.

The location was excellent, very central and 5-10 mins walking distance from everything. The location also provided an excellent view of the town.

No warning that room was on 3rd floor with no lift. Bathroom was not attached to the room and we had to cross the public hallway at night to get to it. We were unsure if the bathroom was shared with other guests or not and staff were always present leading to feeling as though there was a lack of privacy. Aircon is not allowed to be left on when not in the room or their is a 20 euro fine. As it is on the third floor the room gets very hot through out the day - I would suggest incorporating the cost of leaving aircon on into the overall room price.

Well positioned on the edge on the historical part of Riva del Garda. Easy walk to the lake. The people were very helpful and friendly.

The three fights of stairs leading up to the apartment were a cause of concern for me.

Location great, has everything that you need. Refrigerator was a plus, but not cooling much. Everything else was good.

Location and hosts are great! Breakfast in the morning sun on the balcony was a good way to start the day.
