The situation was lovely and really well positioned. The roof top pool was fantastic!!

We paid extra for a balcony but there was no Lake view …. It was also quite tired and in need of an update

There was great selection of breakfast. Staff were all very friendly. Location excellent for mooching around Riva or grabbing the boat on the lake. The steam room and spa facilities were also very good.

The pool. Unfortunately it is very small, not large (or deep) enough for a swim. You also have to be VERY careful entering the pool as there are NO handles and the steps are metal (as is the rest of the pool lining). My wife slipped and fell into the pool. We witnessed another gentleman do the exact same, and a lady said she'd done the same the day before. Very hazardous.

Central location, close to many attractions and restaurants. Cleaning was efficient. Our room faced onto the square, which was okay as any music stopped playing by 10pm and you couldn’t hear the square when the windows were closed. The pool area has several loungers , we were always able to find space

The pool closes at 19:00, would be great if it was open later especially in the summer! We had a massage and it wasn’t great - the therapist used very light pressure.

The beds were very comfortable and the view of the lake was AMAZING! Breakfast had good variety and was delicious. The location was perfect for walking around Riva and getting to the bus stop, ferry and grocery store quickly. Easy walk to the beach area (don't forget to bring water shoes b/c its rocky).

The AC stopped working the evening of our last night. No one was on staff after 8 to assist. It got warm in our room.

Location was excellent, views from the room and the rooftop were stunning. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room and it was unbearably warm the first night. The hotel provided a fan which was a great help but only to make it more bearable. It was fixed and by the third day the room was much better but disappointing that we had to endure the heat intially.

We had to ask for room change after first night because the mattress was broken. It was no problem to change it which I am grateful for to the lady in reception. But the mattress should be changed immediately for a new one as the room is one of the most expensive (214) unfortunately very fast new couple with child were accomodied in it. Lack of vegetables for breakfast. Only tomatoes which were finished by 8.30am everyday and when we asked for it we have received just one tomato chopped in a microbowl. Not a standard for 4*.

Location was fabulous, in pedestrianised Square, right next to the lake. Rooms were large, clean and refurbished. Our rooms were located on 4th floor. Skypool was very welcome as it was extremely hot this week. We had a very good breakfast each morning 😊 Bar at pavement level was busy all week, and was very handy too

This week's heat challenged the air con service. It was extremely hot this week. Expect this was an exceptional challenge

The location and view from rooms. Rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was on the roof with an amazing view. Also the roof has a fabulous infinity pool with a million dollar view. Good value for money.

A small first world problem coming: Perhaps a little heating in the pool would’ve made it so much better. If that’s the worst thing to worry about I’m sure we will all survive. Cheers

Nice location and nice view from the room with balcony.

The hotel was suffering some damages to the interior walls and in general a bit worn. The rooftop pool was extremely dirty with a film of sunscreen on top. The water was also cold.
