Great location and parking.

It's an excellent building, modern inside, very friendly staff, clean, towels changed every few days, washing machines available, super quiet despite the street, an excellent location, with beautiful flowers and trees around, close to the center and lakes. Would love to be back again! Once remark - the bathrooms need some freshening up - they are clean but one can see signs of excessive usage.

Taking into consideration that it is quite an expensive accommodation, charging 10 Euro for a small dog times 13 days plus 10 Euro a parking space times 13 days is not what i would expect. Also, there should be more plates and cutlery than just for 4 people and a chopping board could be provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was modern, stylish, and very clean. Everything felt new and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient. Communication with the staff was always clear and quick, which made the whole experience even better. I also appreciated the cleaning service provided every three days — a great touch that made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

The whole place looks new and designed well, very clean, amazing location (just cross the road and you have a big supermarket and restaurants, plus 3 minutes walk and you are in the center of town. They also have on the basement floor a play room (with PS4, ping-pong table, etc.) and a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer. We missed that when we booked the room so it was a nice surprise. The reception person was very kind and responsive.

The parking is a bit challenging, but a good driver can manage. I wish there was an option for breakfast, even to order into the room as an extra service. Other than that I liked it all.

1. Stair to reception(Around 6 steps), For elders there is an electronic stair to upload them. 2. No porters to help on carrying the luggages 3. Car parking (In the building only 5 car parking), and another car parkings located around 100 meters away.

The property is very close to the center of Riva del Garda. Also a great location if you are hoping through cities, easy access to the main road and they provide safe parking.

It would have been good to know that the cleaners were going to come into the room to change towels. We thought it was Airbnb style so we had our things all around and thank God, nothing was stolen.

Brilliant. Really impressive conversion of a period villa into high quality short-stay apartments. The Residence is an attractive focal point for three main boulevards - an ideal location on the edge of the historic centre. We were met on arrival by a friendly host. Beds very comfortable. I wondered if the road would be noisy but actually the double glazing and blackout curtains made it no issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The LED on the fire sensor in bedrooms flashed a bit too brightly. But this was a minor niggle.

The apartment was very well situated, all the staff were so helpful. Bedrooms were very well furnished. Kitchen was very well equipped. We could open windows as we chose not to have air conditioning. Everything was excellent

There was one step down in the hall which was some what dangerous, one needed to be aware of it. However, this could easily be fixed by highlighting the step with a yellow strip.

Lovely pristeen, modern apartment in an old building, well equipped, very clean. Perfect location, few mins walk to town and lakeside. Fantastic noise insulation in the room, could barely hear the town outside when windows were closed, so slept well. Decent aircon too. Boarded area in the garden with comfy beanbags was a good spot to curl up with a book.

Nothing, couldn't fault it.
