We have stayed for 2 night (2 adults and 2 kids) the apartment was clean, comfortable and great size for us all. Building is secure with private parking. The location is perfect - 3mins walk to a playpark and to a local tower with great views in old town of Riva. Also supermarket is only 2mins walk away. With our booking we had a free visit to a spa pools in Oasi hotel which was a fantastic surprise which we enjoyed one morning. Definitely recommend!

Super nice apartment with a nice terrace. Our bed was comfortable and the facilities were nice.

The garage is very narrow so beware when you're parking. There are no night curtains so the light enters the room in the morning. You can hear the traffic in the morning which is not too bad as we were on the top floor but if you're a sensitive sleeper I would recommend bringing earplugs

Location is fantastic and great to have a small kitchen.

Little bit noisy with cars parking beside the rooms and them pulling bags across cobblestones and hearing their voices talking, when when other guests arrived. Also a construction site nearby which starts between 6.30 and 7.00am.

I loved the apartment, have everything you need to feels likes home and comfortable. The position is great , near the downtown area, with supermarket very near , pharmacy, bars, restaurants . It's a great apartment. Staff are super kind and helpful. Congratulations to the team. Thanks

Good place close to the centre. Free parking.

Too noisy during the morning as it is next to the main street, but very quiet in the evening.

Location was great, close to the old town and the shore of the lake. Private parking was available inside the gate (a bit tight for bigger cars).Rooms are decently equipped.

Thin walls, very loud elevator, self closing hallway doors that close with a bang. Guests that dont give a s*** if you want to sleep, people chatting in the hallway with max. volume from 0630 but i guess that is not the hotels fault. I did not like that i had to make a special stop at a completely different adress to check in but it was along the route so no biggie. Bit tough to get to with the car, streets are mostly one way.

The apartment was centrally located and the staff helped massively when we left some things behind in the apartment so thank you very much!

The check-in process really complicates things because you have to go to a hotel 1 km away, which is not great if you have suitcases and are travelling with public transport.

Ideally situated in a convenient area, this property boasts a spotless and well-maintained environment.

Checking in at the other building located on the opposite side of town was somewhat inconvenient.
