Everything!! Rooms, location and staff are amaaazing!

From the moment of arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the young women at the front desk were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a big variety and new items each morning--homemade cakes and cheeses from Trento. The hotel is really perfect for families--excellent layout with a lovely garden and small playground. The room was comfortable and most importantly, quiet, set a bit back from the street and just a few minutes walk from the main piazzas. Parking is perfect in the garage, so the car is in the shade. Great stay and thanks for everything!

The location and staff were great!

The internet was very slow st evening. Air con was not turned on when the weather got cold. When it was very warm outside the air con did not work properly and then they turned it off.

We booked the suite since at the time of booking, no other rooms were available. The room was really really big (probably more than we could need), the bed very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The underground secured parking (free of charge) was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is right on the edge of the ZTL, so it's only a walking distance to explore the wonderful Riva Del Garda. We also received a "Trentino Guest Card", which granted us lots of discounts for a lot of attractions nearby which we used. The breakfast was ok as well. Not the best we had, but certainly good enough.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a modern feel to the rooms and facilities and a friendly vibe from the staff. We used the courtyard facilities to relax and the breakfasts were generous. It is our second stay and we really enjoy the hotel as a place to be based in spectacular Riva del Garda.

Perfect location. Parking available very convenient. Staff is kind. Room size was good.

My room was a nice room but I didn’t understand the decor concept. I felt like I was at a pediatric centre. My room had 2 sinks in the middle of the room. I don’t know if it was a cultural thing, but the sink in the bathroom is enough. Breakfast could have more fruit.

The staff is very friendly, the location amazing and the breakfast has homemade pies as well. I go to Riva almost 4 times per year, I believe it is by far the best overall property I have stayed at. Also they have parking whereas most hotels say they have and they don’t have enough parking spaces.

Excellent location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and had wonderful views of the mountains. Parking was easy,even for me. The breakfast was good and varied and catered for all tastes.

We had a scam WhatsApp message, allegaly from the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel, some low-life scum from India, who had hacked into Booking.com website, asking to confirm credit card details. You will have to do better than that India..v

This place is just perfect. Perfect location, friendly staff. Highly recommended. And breakfast is just amazing, you can even order omelette or fresh orange juice.

It should not be like i enter my room and see some leaflet saying "bikes free for hotel guests". Then i go to reception and ask for bicycles and i am told that as a booking guest it s not valid for me. Only thing that i realy did not like, booking guest should be treated same as "normal"(?) customer.
