I have never in my life stayed in an apartment that is so clean! Also the pool area was carefully maintained and cleaned every morning. Air conditioning of course a big plus, and getting separate pool towels and bath towels.

First I thought that having the washing machine downstairs and be shared without any reservation system would not work. But actually we didn’t have problems in June. Just good to acknowledge this. The check out time is quite early but we could discuss and get one additional hour. So appreciate the flexibility.

I pay a lot of money 4 nights, as I don't mind. But I have to pay for carpark, which is despondent.

The residence is a few minutes walk from the town center, has parking, the apartment was very spacious and clean. There’s a large supermarket within 4-5 minutes walking distance. Above all else, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly - they answered all of our questions and were more than happy to assist with every request we had. Highly recommended 👏

The staff at Residence Alle Palme were very helpful and friendly. There was great communication throughout the booking and for our arrival. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed. In my opinion the apartment is even better than the photos. The views from the balconies are amazing. It is in a great location and is an easy walk into the centre of Riva. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Location was great - less than 10 minutes walk from the beach/seafront and from the restaurants and bars. The parking was secure and easy access (although the slope out was a challenge for my particularly poor hire car!!). The apartments were basic, clean and comfortable. Pool towels provided in addition to room towels. Staff (Lina) were great and really helpful.

Being commercially run apartments, they were just a little bit soulless.

Very large apartment with a beautiful view. I have never seen such a clean place. Swimming pool, gym, the entire apartment brilliantly equipped. Coffee machine, porcelain cups, everything perfect. Very comfortable beds. I will go back there 100%. Nothing, really. If I absolutely have to write here something, then the fact that all kitchenware was distributed between 10 different cabinets. We found deep bowls for cereal in living room cupboard only a day before leaving. :)

A 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes to city center with supermarkets near by. The apartment is very spacious and clean with everything you need. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended and we plan do go back ourselves.
