We had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel by Lake Garda – it’s truly the perfect place for a relaxing getaway for two. The rooms were spotlessly clean and came with a lovely balcony, which made our mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. What made our experience truly exceptional was the staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant, and we’re leaving with only the best impressions. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team – your hospitality made all the difference. We would gladly highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful facility with comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms; exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of choices; very friendly, courteous and helpful employees.

Property was great

Our last night , the old male at reception treated my wife really bad. My wife went to reset the room Key, and the guy straight up was being rude.

Nice place to spend a weekend, staff was super friendly and attentive, very relaxing!

It was very quiet.

Staff were superb - especially Fabiana at reception. She was always smiling and happy to help at any time. Breakfast was really fresh with plenty of options. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel beyond this. The hotel is central but hidden away off the main road so it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The views from our room balcony were incredible.

There was no complementary water at all in the rooms and I feel as a 4 star hotel and the cost compared to other hotels in the area, I would have expected this. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but small and extremely dated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The spa area was lovely but the "humid" facilities such as the sauna etc. were only turned on after 3pm - this was disappointing for us as we only used these facilities before this time. The staff claimed the water in the pool was heated but we felt it was uncomfortably cold. The ability to rent bikes at our hotel was super handy but these were the exact same cost as renting them from any bike shop in the area where there would have been a much wider selection of bikes to choose from.

Spa ain’t great

Amazing Continental Buffet Breakfast, with fresh, delicious food. The Hotel is lovely, ideal location at a short walking distance to the Centre and the Beach. The Service is fantastic and very efficient. Room is nice, modern and clean, pool is lovely and so relaxing. We were really surprised to find such a beautiful, quiet, ideal, Adults Only Hotel at the Lake (there aren't that many 'Adults Only' at Lake Garda). We will be certainly going back there! Thanks!

The only comment (not even a negative) is the fact that Men have to wear long pants at the Restaurant in the evening (Dress Code) , therefore we could not visit their facilities for dinner. The Menu was very tempting, but, sadly, we had to choose other restaurants in town for our evening meals, since my Husband only packed shorts :-) .
