The locations and the views in this hotel are amazing. We stayed in the Junior Suite with a Lake view and I would recommend it to anyone. There was a great selection at breakfast and the service was fantastic. The owners and the hotel staff were very accomodating and welcoming, we felt comfortable the entire time. Breakfast views were also perfect!

It would have been good if we were able to use the breakfast/dining area for drinks in the evening as opposed to the font of house area. I think we would have stayed in that area for drinks of an evening if we were able to! This is a small suggestion to an otherwise perfect accomodation!

This hotel is immaculate! It’s one of the cleanest hotels we’ve EVER stayed in. The small Team are cheerful,helpful,obliging people who go out of their way for you. The attention to detail is amazing. The only reason this is a three star hotel & not a five is because of the lack of facilities eg:gym,shop,swimming pool .It’s up there with some of the best hotels we’ve stayed in

There was nothing not to like!

The luxurious design is so chic and the attention to detail is second to none. You feel like you are the first people to stay in your room as the decor is immaculate and the cleanliness is the best we’ve ever observed. The breakfast offers a wide choice with something for everyone in a wonderful dining room overlooking the Lake and the lunch on the terrace lovely. The position of this hotel is breathtaking with a terrace that juts out into the Lake with amazing views. Our room had a lovely Mountain View which we enjoyed as an alternative to the Lake. The team at this hotel are friendly and helpful. It’s clear that everyone who works here is passionate about this beautiful hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful we had an early flight Marco came in early just so we would have a drink and something to eat before I flight that it exceptional service they all made us feel welcome and I would most definitely stay there again

Staff were ALL magnificent. The room was very small - BUT - exceptionally well designed and led out to a large common terrace area.

A tiny thing, but the room had a small step up from the bedroom floor to the bathroom. At night it is a bit of a trap - I fell and hurt my knee for example. May I suggest a small ramp - it is only for one single step - this would avoid sore knees in the future.

Location close to but not in the centre of Malcésine. It is on the lake and far away from the main road. Own car parking space 10 metres from the hotel. Lovely simple room with comfy bed and Door onto the terrace, with easy access to the warm pool and to the lake itself. Friendly, helpful staff who brought us drinks on the terrace if we requested them. Wonderful views across the lake and to the Harbour in Malcésine where the boats arrive

Loved it! Amazing view and deck right on the lake. Attentive service at breakfast and on the deck for snacks and drinks. Marco and his team were so friendly to us. Easy short walk to the centre of Malcesine. Wish we were back there now!

Laura at the check in was wonderful. She was friendly and professional. Our room was the Junior Suite and it was beautiful. The lake view was gorgeous.

It was a bit expensive. Parking was very tight, but it was right next door to the hotel.

Hotel spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and in a brilliant location. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Amazing views from the hotel.

Pool is tiny and unheated. Given the lake is very cold all year round, it doesn't make much sense to have an unheated pool.

The hotel was just perfect! Wonderful location right on the edge of the lake.! Extremely friendly staff- couldn’t be more accommodating! Clean, comfortable and inexpensive.
