Fantastic place to stay. Already in the reception you get the nice feeling that this is place we will like. Perfect location close to the water. Restaurant very nice located close to the water. Fantastic breakfast, many small things to chose. If you are lucky, as we where, the family offer a very nice evening meal on the house. Close location to the center of the town. A place we want to come back to.

Amazing stay at Venezia hotel ! We stayed 3 nights after hiking in the Dolomites and it was exactly what we needed. Comfort and friendly staff, the owner are the sweetest. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and our room with the terrasse on the lake was sublime. Would love to come back !

Our flight was cancelled so we needed to book a last minute extra night in malcesine (the hotel we had been staying in was fully booked). The staff were all lovely and the two ladies at reception went above and beyond in helping us navigate our unexpected departure from Milan (we were meant to be flying from Verona and flights from there to London fully booked for the next few days). We can’t thank them enough. the hotel is comfortable, with wonderful views of the lake from the terrace, great wifi and a lovely breakfast. we couldn’t have asked for more.

The hotel was in a great location with access to shops, restaurants, other amenities. Breakfast was first rate, providing many options. Especially loved the eggs to order and fresh juice bar. Amazing staff. Family owned and treated us like family.

Location, cleanliness, attention to details and to the guests. Bonus services given such as 5 o'clock tea and welcome drink. Literally you are on the lake and immediate distance from Malcesine center. A well established car parking as well as a nice breakfast with full attention to details. All are very much appreciated.

Lovely and helpful staff, great location, beautiful views and super comfortable beds, very clean and simply decorated with everything that’s necessary.

I wrote in English about needing a safe car park nearby and the hotel wrote back in German which I don’t understand. It’d be nice if they tried replying in the language the question was asked.

Property is well located close to city center but not right in it. Also, views of the lake were spectacular from the deck as well as the lake view room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and tea time were also very good.

Breakfast was lovely, overlooking the lake. Being able to swim in the lake from the comfort of the hotel was amazing for someone who loves the water. Complimentary drink on arrival and afternoon tea was also very lovely.
