Good sized room with stunning view over the lake. Excellent breakfast; friendly host and staff; everything spotlessly clean; lift from the road to hotel entrance. We arrived late but the directions and information emailed to us was invaluable. 10 minute downhill walk into the centre of Malcesine ( but uphill on the return..)

Didn’t dislike anything but if I could make a couple of suggestions ( not criticisms)…. Improve the room lighting with a couple of bedside table lamps; some tea and coffee facilities in the rooms would be welcome. Bit of an uphill trek to the carpark but we knew that in advance.

Everything was fine. Beautiful view from our window - every morning was the best because we could see the lake and the mountains. The owner of the villa is a very nice woman and helped us every time we needed it. The breakfast is a separate topic: it was great. We had breakfast on the terrace with a great view, flowers. The bacon scramble was amazing, lots of cakes, cheese, yogurt, meat and fruit platter were very tasty. We had a private bathroom, at the beginning I was surprised, but not on the positive side ((( but at the end of our trip I was happy that we had a private bathroom - it was very convenient

Our host, Sarah went out of her way to make our stay at Villa Emma as comfortable as possible. The breakfast provided far exceeded our expectations and the view of Lake Garda from our balcony was simply extraordinary.

Regrettably, there are several stairs to climb from the street to your room and with suitcases, I would not recommend this excellent B&B to travellers with disabilities or have difficulty in climbing stairs. The location of the parking and the town is relatively close but still is quite a walk to and from town or the designated parking area. That said, for travellers in reasonable physical condition, this is an excellent place to stay while in Malcesine.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Emma! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning. The hotel offers car parking relatively nearby, which was one of the reasons we chose to book it. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. Our host, Emma, was incredibly kind and helpful. She even recommended a couple of fantastic local pizza places for dinner, which we really enjoyed.

Perfectly located - stunning views across the lake from our balcony, and a short walk from the centre of Malcesine - shops, restaurants and harbour whilst being in a quiet area. Absolutely loved it.. Good daily breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff. Good A/C. We were even able to get laundry done at no extra charge Malcesine is a perfect base for visiting the whole Lake Garda area and is well served by road and ferry service.

Our only negative comment is that it would have been useful to have a kettle in the room.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful location. Everything was simply perfect — from the breathtaking view that greeted us every morning, to the warm and welcoming people who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed. We especially loved the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. It was a dream escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Sara, our host was very engaging and helpful! She manages the family owned property which is fresh, modern and cozy. Great breakfast buffet which we ate on the outdoor patio which has a gorgeous view of Lake Garda. We would definitely recommend Villa Emma Malcesine! The room and views are spectacular!

Although this was not a problem for us, the property is about 7 minutes walk to town and about 3 minutes walk to free parking, as is the case for many properties in this area that are up on the hillside. No one minds if you park in the street for a few minutes to unload bags and take them up the lift. Villa Emma is well worth the walk!

The view from our balcony was like stepping into a postcard! The panoramic vistas of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains were breathtakingly beautiful. The location of Villa Emma is also excellent, within walking distance to the historic center of Malcesine.The breakfast served was delightful and Sara the host was very helpful. Overall, our experience at Villa Emma was exceptional.

We arrived after a flight delay and were greeted with the news that we had a complimentary upgraded room, which was greatly appreciated and very kind. The view from room 2 was stunning! It had a lovely balcony where we could enjoy coffee in a morning, wine on an evening. The bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower and like the room was exceptipnally clean. The room was cleaned daily and toilet rolls replaced, bins emptied etc. Breakfast was fantastic. There was homemade quiches, croissants, fresh fruits, eggs with bacon, orange juice, cakes and plenty of coffee. The perfect start before exploring! We slept in one morning and Sara was kind enough to get us some coffee, cake and croissants to have in the room. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The location is also great-A lovely short walk into Malcesine. We loved this hotel and will definitely recommend it and come back again soon! Thank you Sara for a wonderful stay :)

Lovely base for our stay. Breakfast was great and the views was out of this world on the balcony

Only one issue no tv in english or kettle. We was out till the late every night but its nice to come back and stick the TV on and have a cuppa. Very small issues. Overall we would definatly come back
