The main receptionist at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The shower was good. The views from my room were fantastic.

At least 2 of the younger staff, including one on reception, need urgent training on what is appropriate, professional, and not creepy behaviour outside of a guest's door at night. And further training on how to respond when asked to stop disturbing that guest. I'm not one to trample on young love, but there are limits, especially when the room isn't cheap.

Great location in the heart of Malcesine, great views from the room, great restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food and 10% discount for hotel guests.

The room is a liitle outdated and the wooden ladder to the 2nd floor in the family room looks dangerous as we were travelling with 2 year old child who could climb and fall down from it. Also, be sure to take care about the parking options in Malcesine, because hotel can't provide the parking as it is situated in historical center.

Great location in the town center right next to the lake. Enjoyed the restaurant and the sun loungers overlooking the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist and staff were very friendly. Good breakfast.

The economy room I booked turned out to be arranged on two floors with a steep staircase leading up from the entrance/bathroom to the bedroom. The bedroom area had very low ceiling height and the arrangement made the room feel super small. I believe the stairs and the ceiling height should have been highlighted in the description. I ended up staying in another room.

We had a very enjoyable stay. A very pleasant location, with beautiful views over the lake and mountains, situated directly on the waterfront, next to the ferry terminal and easy walking access to the town where there was many shops with good quality locally made goods. Places of historic interest, cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous as were people in the local shops and cafes

EXCEPTIONAL service! We had an emergency during our stay and the staff was so kind and willing to repeatedly help from 5AM till 11AM despite our checkout!! Unlike other accommodations during our Garda stay, nothing was a problem here and we didn’t feel bad asking for things. To the hotel owner - your members of staff are true GEMS!!, especially the receptionist who kindly called to the hospital for me in Italian and just really made a difference with her polite and empathetic approach. Will be back in the future for delicious breakfast (with kind staff as well!) and hotel restaurant with stunning sunset views and good drinks. Comfy beds too! Grazie mille! Zuzana

Location right at the ferry docks! Not a bad walk to the bus station. The deck with lounge chairs was marvelous for relaxing or sunning. Umbrellas for those that don’t want sun. Right on waters edge! Staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the woman working each day in the breakfast room. A sweetheart! Breakfast was varied and plentiful with something for everyone. Beds comfortable. Fresh towels every day.

Property is a little tired but typical for a 3 star in older section of a town in Italy. Quite clean although some areas could use a little more attention.

Good location, hotel with lift. Breakfast is plentiful. Comfortable double bed. This is not a minus, but it is worth knowing that the hotel is in a pedestrian area. So you need to leave your car in a remote pay parking lot and be prepared to carry your luggage to the hotel.

Very small bathroom. We stayed in a quadruple room with a mezzanine bedroom. I would recommend taking two separate rooms if you are travelling with teenage children as: - the sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping; - the mezzanine is open, so you can hear a lot if those sleeping downstairs are turning on their side (rustling the bedding).

Location was central, ideal for getting to restaurants and for the ferry service. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom quite small and no vegan options for breakfast (otherwise they have plenty if you don't have dietary requirements and all looked lovely)

Had a lovely 3 night stay ,very central to restaurants close to the bus stop and day trip to Limone, ate in the hotel restaurant very nice food ,the receptionist was very helpful with our bus trip .thank you.

The bathroom a little small

The staff were all really friendly, location was excellent with fantastic views.

The room was basic and could do with a good upgrade. People placing towels on sunbeds and not showing up for hours so they could keep the best spot. The steps to the lake were all green and very slippy, could do with a good scrub.
