The location of the hotel is excellent; it's just a 10 min walk to Malcesine along the promenade, where there is ample choice of bars and restaurants. The outlook over the lake is just perfect, with the seating slightly elevated over the promenade. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The pool is situated at the back of the hotel and was quiet throughout our stay, with ample sun beds available. The hotel has ample parking. Access to boats offering trips to surrounding towns and areas are within a short walk of the hotel.

We had one of the standard rooms overlooking the pool and car park (4th floor). Whilst clean, neat and tidy, it was on the small side with no space to even store cases during our stay. Smoking is allowed at tables during meal times. (This did seem the norm across all restaurants, so wasn't unique to the hotel).

The staff were so attentive and friendly. We loved our room and the view is just breathtaking, we loved chilling on the large balcony. The breakfast was wonderful and we loved the complimentary coffee and cafe in the afternoons! The location was perfect with a short stroll along the lake into Malcesine away from the traffic. Our room was cleaned every day. We were able to relax as soon as we arrived, we will definitely be back!

Our shower head splurted water everywhere, this needs replacing - and I would bring my own shampoo/shower gel next time as their refillable container was mouldy.

The location was absolutely stunning. We loved the balcony overlooking the lake. We had a beautiful breakfast with a guy playing the violin which was lovely and great Mokka coffee. The freshly cooked omelettes and eggs were fabulous. The air con worked well and kept the room at a good temperature although it wasn't particularly hot when we stayed. It was really quick and easy to walk into Malchesine or to the boat to get across to Limone. The location was outside of the busyness of the town so quiet and relaxing. We did really enjoy our time here.

The Wifi did not work very well and was frustrating. There was a kettle in the room but no cups or coffee/tea/sugar - most odd. The bathroom flooded when you used the shower.

The rooms at this hotel have large terraces with such incredible views of the lake. The hotel location is wonderful as it's a 5-10 minute walk along the lake on the promenade to the city center. The hotel has a restaurant on the main level facing the lake that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner...and drinks while you sunbathe right there at the lake! The restaurant prices were reasonable and again...those views! There was also complimentary tea / coffee / light snacks at about 4:30p each day. There is a dock with loungers as well as loungers right on the rocky beach where you can enjoy swimming and just relaxing by the lake. Note that it would be helpful to bring water shoes as the rocks will likely hurt your feet (or you can enter the lake from the dock vs. the shore). There is also a pool at the property but given the wonderful lake views / access, we never even went to look at it. Also free parking!

The parking situation at the hotel is a bit tight but as long as you have a relatively small car, you can figure it out. The shower is a bit difficult and made a bit of a mess on the floor.

Rooms a little dated for the price, would have expected actual tea and coffee in the room not just a kettle, cups and spoons. For a 4star and the price this should be standard. But just a little feedback not a complaint at all.

Location was fantastic, great value views, right on the lake for a swim, pool around the back of the hotel (no lake view), restaurant and terrace have lake view and a wide menu with delicious food. The bruschetta is massive and there is flavors to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Air Con worked well in the heat. Free Parking available.

There was no lift up to the penthouse on the 5th floor. You can get up to the 4th floor in the lift then have to take the stairs. Would be useful to know that if you had accessibility requirements.

It’s more than Hotel! It feels like home! The people working there and the owner providing the highest standard and best hospitality you can imagine! It’s also located beautifully by the beach with private pier. The breakfast is delicious with signature pancakes made by the lovely owner. Couldn’t rate this hotel less than 10!!! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was kind and helpful. I am vegan and let them know in advanced, and it's the first hotel in Italy that met my needs and prepared in advanced.

The jacuzzi was cold and dirty. The outdoor gym was full.of spiderwebs and dust. Looked like it was out of use for a long time.

Location was ideal. Not right in the center of town but an easy walk along the lake to it. The room size was large. The ac was great. The breakfast was very good esp having an omelette made and fresh cut ham. The large balcony overlooking the lake was fabulous

The shower was among the smallest I have ever been in. Having such a large rain shower head made it impossible to get out from under it and the hand held was just tough to use since the stall was so small. But we survived😃

Spotless, fantastic location, great pool. The staff (bar, housekeeping, management, everyone!) are above and beyond ❤️ We will be back for sure!
